Good day all. With the assault by FBI agents on President Trump’s home, and the seizure of a member of congress’s phone, people are thinking that bad times are coming. We have also seen reports of BATFE agents going to gun buyer’s homes and demanding to see the guns.
These thugs with badges are claiming it’s to prevent straw purchases. The problem with this that it’s violating the bill of rights and several laws as well. However, one enterprising gun owner turned the tables on one of these thugs with a badge when he showed up and demanded that the citizen show him the guns he had recently purchased. The citizen said “Sure!” went back in his home and called the police to report a fake federal agent with a gun. Here is the video from the local police officers bodycams.
Sometimes, the good guys actually win one. The citizen who called the local police did it the right way. Pretend to cooperate with the potential criminal, get clear and call for help. Hopefully, he will follow up with criminal charges and a civil suit against the BATFE for the willful violation of his 2nd, and 4th Amendment rights, (And anything else his lawyers can think of)
