Good day all. The news regarding Joe Bumbles Dementia Biden’s mishandling of classified documents just keeps getting worse and worse…for Biden. Recently the FBI, “At the invitation of Biden,” searched his home and found more documents. Now it turns out, this wasn’t the first FBI search.
Again, I wrote this before Dementia Joe started taking potshots and Chinese Spy Balloons. Since China has been helpful in distracting people with their balloon invasion, news about Bumbles Biden’s espionage antics has slipped off the Front pages.
The first of the classified documents were found by Biden’s lawyers last year just before the midterm elections. Apparently, they weren’t actually looking for classified files and when they found them had an “Oh Shit!” moment once they realized what they had. The story went that they reported what they found to “Proper authorities” and handed the files over. Apparently, there was, as usual with the criminal enterprise known as the Biden Administration, more to the story. Here are the details from Fox News:
FBI agents searched the Penn Biden Center offices in mid-November, sources confirmed to Fox News, after President Joe Biden’s personal attorneys discovered a handful of documents with classified markings there on Nov. 2. The documents were dated to Biden’s time as vice president in the Obama administration.
The number of agents involved in the search is unclear, but the president’s team was fully aware and gave their consent to the FBI action, according to sources familiar with the investigation into Biden’s handling of classified materials.
First, notice that the FBI went in AFTER the midterm elections. Second, there was no notice of this or the original finding of classified documents until months later. Third, as to Biden’s team “Giving their consent” for the search, they didn’t have a choice. All this does is make seem that they were trying to be responsible.
There was no search warrant involved, and it is unclear whether any additional documents were taken.
No warrant is needed when law enforcement is permitted to search the premises by the relevant people. They also won’t talk about what the found, (Unless it was in regards to the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald Trump. Then they will blab all day long) As for the Penn Center, it looks like it was nothing more than a way to launder money to the Biden Crime Cartel.
The Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement is a think tank in Washington, D.C., affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. Biden used the sixth floor office space there between 2017 and 2019, during which time he was an honorary professor and received about $900,000 for giving roughly a dozen lectures and talks. He never taught a full semester’s course nor did he conduct any research or have any administrative responsibilities.
In other words, he just showed up a few times, mumbled about ice cream or something, collected a big fat check and then tossed classified documents he shouldn’t have had into a closet and forgot about them. Got it.
The classified documents found in Biden’s old offices were one of several batches of such materials found that have created a scandal for the Biden White House. FBI agents also searched and seized classified records from Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware, on Jan. 20, and the White House had announced the search the day after.
A small update. Since I started working on this post, the FBI was “Invited” to search Bumbles Dementia’s beach house as well. More on that in another post.
Like his predecessor Donald Trump, Biden is now under special counsel investigation for his retention of classified records.
And good luck with that. People keep mentioning that as President, Trump had the absolute right to declassify anything and yet the “Usual suspects” ignore this little fact. Biden did not, certainly not when he was a Senator. Then there is the issue of other presidents, including the “Sainted” Barack Obama. He took a couple of truck loads of documents out when he left. Are they going to raid and arrest him?
Lawmakers have pressed the Biden administration for more transparency but have been met with a “stone wall,” according to Democrats on the Senate Intelligence Committee.
Of course they have. Biden is a crook and always has been. The people around him are just as corrupt, and are beginning to think like typical Turd World dictatorships. They don’t dare comply with the laws, constitution or Congress. If they do, they are going to end up facing a virtual firing squad. (Sadly, not a real one, after a trial and conviction)
One of the things I’ve been having trouble with is keeping up with the flood of new information coming out on just how bad things are becoming for the Worst President in American History. (There are some who argue James Buchanan was worse since his ineptitude led to the Civil War) Still, I will do my best.
