Climate Change whacko’s finally pushed to far with fatal results

Good day all. For decades, the Left has been pushing “Man Made Climate Change,” first claiming that human activities were going to cause the next ice age, then changing it to turning the Earth into a copy of the planet Venus. It has become a literal religion for them.

The left has been pushing all this nonsense for one simple reason. Control. They want to control all aspects of human existence and that includes life and death. Obviously, most people disagree with the followers of the Church of Global Warming and Climate Change, and either ignore the Greta Thunburgs or rip their beliefs apart in the realm of public opinion, and occasionally, the courts.

Because no one is listening to these loons, they are ramping up their activities. They have been defacing property and artworks and recently, blocking traffic, either chaining themselves across the streets or now gluing themselves to the pavement.

These actions have really angered the average people and there has been some violent reactions. Usually it’s been drivers beating the snot out of the Global Warmers with the occasional car driving over them. (They usually get out of the way once they realize the driver is not going to stop) Now things have reached the next level. Recently, the climate change protesters have been disrupting things in Panama. Someone snapped, and shot two of them, killing them both. Here are the details from the Independent:

Tensions have been running high across Panama for the past three weeks, as groups of protesters have gathered to put the country at a near standstill in retaliation for plans to keep a copper mine open in the heart of a jungle.

Until I saw this story, I wasn’t aware about a copper mine in Panama. I don’t have any information on this mine and no idea on it’s operations. However, the environmental whacko’s were unhappy with it being opened and decided to shut down the country.

Thousands of demonstrators have taken to roads to set up blockades, causing the country to grind to a halt.

That’s been the modus operandi of these nuts for the last 5 or so years all over the world, although it’s been Europe where most of these activities have been happening.

The obstructions have led to $80m in daily losses to businesses, according to Panama’s association of company executives and schools were forced to close for over a week, Reuters said. Around 15,000 medical appointments have also been missed since the protests began.

These protesters don’t care if people are sick or even die because of their actions. In their twisted minds, someone dying means one less person who is harming the planet. They haven’t considered what the repercussions might be. Well, a couple of these idiots did.

And on Tuesday, the scene turned deadly when an elderly man was caught on camera allegedly fatally shooting two men in full view of witnesses.

As part of the protests over reopening a copper mine, a demonstration occupied a highway on Tuesday. Traffic started to build up, and according to reports the suspected shooter, Kenneth Darlington, 77, was one of the people who became stuck in their vehicle.

I understand why the Independent is using the term “Suspected Shooter.” It’s the innocent until proven guilty thing. However, there is no doubt that Darlington did open fire. The pictures show the pistol firing and a spent casing ejected and flying away from the gun.

The protest attracted a group of photographers and TV reporters to the site of the traffic block, where protesters had lined the middle of the highway with tyres, flags, tree branches, and stones to stop the cars.

Panama TV network TVN reported they were able to access the suspect’s court hearing on Wednesday for a few minutes. They said that in court, prosecutors accused Mr Darlington of allegedly telling his companion “This ends here” before leaving his vehicle and storming up the highway towards the protestors.

This isn’t the first time people have finally had it with these moonbats and decided to do something about it. What usually sets them off is when they see the police not doing anything to clear the roads and remove the protesters. Then angry motorists leave their cars and “Deal” with the protesters. However, it hasn’t gone this far previously.

Widely circulated video footage shows Mr Darlington arguing with a group of men from the protest. He allegedly asked who the leaders of the campaigners were, to which the men replied that there were none.

I don’t want to talk to women. I want to talk to men,” he replied, according to TVN.

While he was confronting the protesters, the suspect was accused of removing a handgun from his pocket as he started to remove the blockades on the road.

Looking at the pictures of the incident, it doesn’t appear that the shooter had the gun in a holster. I suspect he had it in his car and stuck it in his belt or his back pocket when he got out to confront the protesters and clear the road. That’s when “Bad things happened.”

Local outlets say one of the protestors can be heard saying in the footage: “Why don’t you shoot?” while others shouted, “Are you going to kill someone?”

This shows the level of obnoxious, arrogant stupidity of these climate change protesters. As I’ve said before, for them it is a religion and they are the “True believers” and that their cause is just and anything that moves it forward is good and proper. Insulting and challenging someone who is obviously angry and is armed?

Mr Darlington allegedly replied: “Do you want to be the first?”

In the footage, two men in black shirts and one in a red shirt came over to talk to the suspect. The court reportedly heard that the three men had approached Mr Darlington to try to diffuse the situation.

Somehow, considering how these types operate, I doubt that was the actual case. However, that is for the courts in Panama to determine.

After arguing with the protestors, video footage captured the moment the suspect allegedly lifted the gun and opened fire, hitting one man in a black t-shirt carrying a flag, who immediately fell to the ground. Mr Darlington then allegedly opened fire again hitting another man, also in a black t-shirt.

At this point, Darlington moved the road block out of the way and headed back to his car.

He then got back into his car, turned to a woman, reported to be his girlfriend, and said, “Let’s go.”

The woman allegedly replied, “We are not leaving”, before calling the police, the outlet said.

Some girlfriend. The story goes on to provide details on Darlington and the charges being brought, one of which was illegal possession of a firearm. That one interests me since the gun shown was not some cheap piece of junk. I, obviously, have no information on the guns laws in Panama, but I assume they’re pretty typical. Only the police, military, elites and actual criminals are allowed to have one.

Since the shooting, the picture of Darlington as he fired has circulated far and wide on the Internet. It’s also, surprise, surprise, become a meme for people who are fed up with the Moonbats of the Church of Global Warming and Climate Change disrupting everyone else’s lives. For instance, this one.

What Derlington did was 100 percent wrong, if understandable. Governments have been coddling these moonbats for to long and people have had enough. If the various governments around the world, including the United States don’t start treating these clowns as actual criminals, the levels of violence will increase. Eventually, we will see another Derlington incident, only that one will be a lot worse. As for Kenneth Derlington? His fate is in the hands of the Panamanian legal system.

I disagree. Not wrong. As someone who is now dependent on making medical appointments from my rural location (thanks obamadontcare for killing off the local GP as a species), I’m fully on board with sharing the pain and potential fatal consequences of me missing an appointment in the city. We as a species are the only one that protects our culls (if you don’t know what a cull is, John Wayne has a good on in McClintock, or you could ask a local farmer/rather there in yankeeland). It’s time to let the consequences rain down upon them.

Having seen the Zone while under U.S. control and actually stayed in barracks there, am willing to bet this fellow is former U.S. military and may well have decided to stay in Panama on retirement. If he is former USM, don’t count out that he may have good connections. Would not put a bet on what comes next in a place where “who you know” is more important than the law as written.
