Good day all. Recently, the Tennessee Senate passed a bill that will allow teachers to be armed in schools. This is partly in response to what happened last year when a Transgendered lunatic shot up a school and was put down by the Nashville police.
One of the people the psycho murdered was a school administrator who went out to confront and possibly try to talk down the crazy tranny. The loonie murdered her. The school administrator was unarmed when she went out and had no chance at all. As we know, the Nashville Police did everything right. No one has anything negative to say about them. The problem was, that psycho had 13 minutes to carry out her mayhem.
This has led a lot of people to call for the arming of teachers. This is what the bill is all about. It mandates training and very extensive background checks including mental stability. Most people don’t have a problem with this. The ones that due are leftist fools who want guns banned. Here are the details from the Daily Fetched:
The Tennessee State Senate has passed a new bill allowing school teachers and staff to carry concealed firearms in classrooms. However, the bill’s passage was met with outrage from gun reform advocates.
There is a picture in the Daily Fetched article of the gallery where people were protesting. I’ve seen a different image that also showed an actress who moved to Tennessee from Kalifornistan. She has two daughters, one school age. She is best known for playing a Vampire on several CW television shows for over a decade. She went right off the deep end when the Nashville nutjob attacked the school, and hasn’t stopped yet. She is absolutely opposed to people being able to protect her own children with guns. (So sad too, She is a very good actress and a good mother, just not capable of critical thinking or logical decision making)
Protestors expressed concerns as Lt. Gov. Randy McNally, presiding over the session, ordered state troopers to clear the gallery following disruptions.
That was a nice way of saying screaming like a bunch of demented harpies.
Now here are the details from the bill.
Under Senate Bill 1325, teachers will be permitted to carry concealed handguns if they meet stringent criteria. Eibive educators must pass background checks and complete a comprehensive training program.
From what I’ve ready, teachers who choose to become a part of this program, (It’s voluntary), must complete something like 40 hours of training, similar to what a police officer might have to undergo. These teachers aren’t being trained as a tactical response team, but providing them the tools and training to protect the children under their care in a worst case scenario. That is going completely over the heads of these progressive liberal parental units.
Emotional testimonies emerged in the wake of the contentious debate, reflecting the deep-seated concerns of parents. A mother of students at Covenant School in Nashville expressed her opposition to the bill, citing her children’s experience during a school shooting incident.
Her sentiments also echoed fellow mothers of Covenant School students, who highlighted the importance of sharing personal experiences in shaping legislative decisions.
The actress I mentioned above has a school age child. The child did not attend the school that the Nashville Nutcase attacked. From what I have seen, all of these women appear to have something in common. They will not blame the actual criminal(s). They will blame the object. They think that if the people they are entrusting their children with are unarmed, then things will be good.
These mothers are, in my opinion, unintentionally putting their own children at risk. The few pages that were smuggled out from the Nashville Lunatic’s manifesto show that she was on a kamikaze mission. She did not expect to survive. Her sole goal was to murder as many children as she could. Now the school made a mistake with their security. The door that whacko used was not armored in any way. She simply shot out the glass and climbed in. She could have used a hammer to gain entry. The internal systems did work in that doors were secured and the kook wouldn’t have been able to get into a classroom easily.
The manifesto also indicated that the school was not her first choice, but she found that she could get into it easily, which was different from her fist choices. She found she couldn’t breach those schools. She also doesn’t appear to have looked into making bombs. Several other Transgender psychos who were discovered before they could do anything were found to have been making and test explosives. Using those, they could have blasted open secured doors and tossed in some pipe bombs.
This is what the bill is meant to stop. It makes the schools a “Hard target.” these whackjobs all have one thing in common. They don’t want to deal with any real resistance. Whenever one of these lunatics is confronted by armed resistance, they either run away, shoot themselves or end up getting shot by the armed citizen. This happened in Israel. The Hamas terrorists took off when confronted by the few people who had guns.
The bill, sponsored by Tennessee’s Sen. Paul Bailey, reflects ongoing efforts to address school safety concerns in the wake of increasing incidents of violence. While proponents argue that empowering teachers with concealed firearms is a necessary step towards enhancing security, critics remain skeptical, questioning the effectiveness of such measures in mitigating the risks associated with school shootings.

The critics will always remain skeptical. There is no way you will ever convince them otherwise. Even actual proof that a “Good guy with a gun” can and does stop evil doers, they will continue denying it. They are simply incapable of thinking that their worldview might be wrong. These very same people are also the ones who think that defunding the police is a good idea and enabling people’s mental illness is showing how tolerant they are.
I am slowly reaching the conclusion that these parents are an actual danger to their very own children. They aren’t abusive. They don’t mistreat them. I’m sure they love their children deeply. What I’m concerned with is their refusal to use every tool in the chest when it comes to protecting their children, and that includes guns and the willingness to use them. Instead, they would rather blame the inanimate object.
Fortunately, most of the people in the State of Tennessee are not barking moonbats. I suspect that this bill will pass the house and go to the Governor for a signature. If it does become law and you have a number of teachers volunteering to go through the training, I think the next whackjob might rethink his or hers plan of mayhem. All it will take is one incident where an armed teacher stops a crazed lunatic to prove the case. (Which has already happened in other states)

Should those mental stability and background checks not already be a requirement of getting and maintaining your teaching credentials? A loony teacher can do more damage over a longer period than a loony gunman on a short rampage. Like comparing blast damage to long term radiation in evaluating nuclear weapons.
The Israelis (in my understanding) already allow or possibly require teachers to be armed. Oct. 7 is why. We are importing the same demographic, why not use the same tried and true countermeasures?
