Good day all. One of the biggest disgraces in American elections of late is how states, especially blue ones, can’t seem to count all the ballots within a day of the polls closing. One of these states is Pennsylvania, where the Senatorial race was recently called for Republican Dave McCormick.
This is not sitting well with the Democrats since the incumbent, Bob Casey, (Democrat), is being declared the loser. The race was close, and it looks like a recount may happen. This is giving the Democrats another chance to steal the election, and now they aren’t even trying to hide their plans to do so. Here are the details from Fox News:
As the contested Pennsylvania Senate race barrels towards a $1 million recount, Democratic officials in a few blue counties are openly admitting to counting disqualified ballots in defiance of state law and court orders.
Those officials should immediately be removed from their positions and criminally charged. What they are doing is blatantly breaking the law. Of course, these are Democrats, so don’t expect much from the current DoJ or the State authorities in Pennsylvania.
The Associated Press has called the race for Republican Sen.-elect Dave McCormick, who currently holds a 26,000 vote lead over incumbent Democratic Sen. Bob Casey. But Casey has refused to concede and insisted that every vote be counted. The close margin – within one percentage point – triggered an automatic recount under Pennsylvania law.
So far, no issue here and honestly, it’s to be expected in a close race. Down in Texas, the soon to be new Director of the BATF, (Hopefully), Brandon Herrera, lost his primary by only 400 votes.
Yet the critical question is which votes should be counted?
How about those lawfully cast? What’s so hard about that?
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled before the election that mail ballots lacking formally required signatures or dates should not be included in official results. However, Democratic officials in Philadelphia and surrounding Bucks, Centre and Montgomery counties are ignoring that court order.

“I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country,” Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia, a Democrat, said Thursday as she and other Democrats voted to reject a GOP-led challenge to ballots that should be disqualified.
“People violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes.”
Currently, there are something like 80,000 provisional ballots to be counted across the state. Could Casey make up the difference? Of course, especially when you have Democrat officials flat out declaring they are going to cheat lie and steal the election.
Democrats insist they are acting in good faith in believing that rejecting someone’s vote because of a clerical error violates their constitutional rights.
So sad, to bad. Do you want to know how to avoid issues like this? Register to vote days are weeks ahead of election day and then show up at the polling stations and vote on election day. Tens of millions of people did this. I did this, and that’s the way it’s been done up until recently for over 200 years.
In Montgomery County, for example, officials deliberated for 30 minutes over whether about 180 provisional ballots without secrecy envelopes should be counted. The Inquirer reported that several of these votes came from the same precincts, suggesting an error made by poll workers.
It doesn’t matter. The courts have stated what the criteria are. As I understand it, if they don’t have the requisite envelopes and postmarks, they are NOT to be counted. Now how much to you want to bet that all those ballots are going to be Casey?

Democratic board chair Neil Makhija voted to accept the ballots so that voters would not be disenfranchised. But other members of the board, including one Democrat and a Republican, voted to reject the ballots on the advice of county attorneys who determined the law clearly states they should not be counted.
Well, we have at least one honest Democrat. I wonder how he or she managed to get that job? I thought one of the requirements was making sure that the Republicans lost and the Democrats won.
“We’re talking about constitutional rights and I cannot take an action to throw out someone’s ballot that is validly cast, otherwise, over an issue that we know … is immaterial,” Makhija said during Thursday’s meeting. The board ultimately voted to count a total of 501 contested ballots.
What these morons are doing is, among other things, opening up the possibility that the United States Senate might declare the entire senatorial election invalid and order a new election. That the Democrats are flat out ignoring a court order is, at a minimum, good for a criminal Contempt of Court charge.
The open defiance of court precedent has prompted Republicans to cry foul.
“Let’s be clear about what’s happening here: Democrats in Pennsylvania are brazenly trying to break the law by attempting to count illegal ballots. They are doing this because they want to steal a senate seat,” Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley wrote on X.
“This is the exact kind of left-wing election interference that undermines voter confidence,” Whatley said.
A state-mandated recount must be finished by noon on Nov. 26. Officials have said they do not expect the process to change the outcome of the race by more than a few hundred votes.

I have no doubt that all the votes needed to steal the election are being printed up and will “Magically appear” after having been found in a closet somewhere. Even if they don’t manage to pull off a steal, every single one of these so called “Officials” needs to be criminally prosecuted and permanently banned from having anything to do with election day, and that may include losing their ability to vote. (Convicted criminals generally can’t vote)
