Good day all. In the month that Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency have been operational, they have identified at least $50 billion in waste and fraud. They’ve also provided President Trump the information that he used to shut down one of the big Democrat slush funds, USAID.
So effective has Musk and DOGE been that the Progressive Liberal Democrats have resorted to their final line of defense, their pet Obama and Biden judges. It appears that President Trump is happy with the results to date, but wants more. Here are the details from Fox Business News:
President Donald Trump said Saturday he is happy with the work Elon Musk has done with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), but he has one complaint — Musk hasn’t gone far enough.
The president wrote on Truth Social that the tech billionaire is “doing a great job,” but should be “more aggressive.”
“ELON IS DOING A GREAT JOB, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HIM GET MORE AGGRESSIVE. REMEMBER, WE HAVE A COUNTRY TO SAVE, BUT ULTIMATELY, TO MAKE GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE. MAGA!,” Trump wrote.
Right now, President Trump, Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency are way inside the OODA loop of the Deep State and the Progressive Liberal Democrats. Thanks to the tech that Musk and his weaponized Autistics of DOGE have brought in with them, they have been rampaging through the various agencies spending of tax dollars. The only thing that has slowed down DOGE has been the corrupt Obama and Biden judges and that have usurped authority they do not have under the Constitution. However, Musk is up to the challenge that President Trump’s request.
A few hours after Trump’s Truth Social post, Musk responded with an enthusiastic post of his own on X. “Will do, Mr. President!” Musk wrote.
According to the agency’s website, as of Feb. 17, 2025, DOGE’s total estimated savings are around $55 billion. The agency attributes this to “a combination of fraud detection/deletion, contract/lease cancellations, contract/lease renegotiation’s, asset sales, grant cancellations, workforce reductions, programmatic changes, and regulatory savings.”
This is just the beginning of course. There are a number of agencies and departments that are “On the list” but haven’t had their liberal defenses breached yet. One of next targets will be the Pentagon and that is causing a number of people to load their pants.
DOGE has been the subject of multiple controversies since it was officially established on Jan. 20, with several Democrats dismissing or publicly condemning the agency. There are also critics who take issue with the agency’s access to federal systems, including the Treasury Department’s payment system.
In a statement, Rep. Val Hoyle, D-Ore., said it was “impossible for us to do that important work when unelected billionaire Elon Musk and his lackeys are set on burning down the government.” She also accused Musk of trying to “line his own pockets and rip off Americans.”
That Democrat’s idea of “Important work” is figuring out how to loot the treasury, tear up the Constitution and enslave the American people. As to that nonsense that Musk is “Lining his own pockets,” that is your average Democrat, (And RINO), politician projecting again. Musk doesn’t need the money. I read somewhere that when accused of being “Bought by Putin.” His response was simple. “He can’t afford me.”
Much of DOGE’s work so far has been focused on tackling diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The agency has canceled numerous government contracts, which it says have saved the American people millions.
DEI is low hanging fruit. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, aka DEI, has done huge damage to both private industry and the Government. It was due to DEI policies in the Pentagon that the military missed their recruiting numbers. DEI is also a flat out racist program that would be right at home with the KKK or the Nazis. (Just aimed at heterosexual white men) What’s coming up next is tracking money that has vanished due to fraud.
DOGE, though, seems to not only be looking for ways to cut spending, but also for a possible opportunity to give some of the savings back to the American people through dividend payments.
That’s the businessman with this idea. As a business owner, Musk knows that you have to bring value to the shareholders. Both Musk and President Trump are looking at the American Taxpayers as shareholders in America and that the taxpayers should receive a dividend on their investment. Others are thinking that the savings should be put to reducing the deficit and paying down the National Debt. I tend to lean towards the latter myself.
In the mean time, we need Elon Musk and the Department of Government Efficiency to ramp up the audits. They also need to start coordinating with the DoJ in order to maintain the potential chains of evidence, especially when they start digging into the Pentagon budget. I can’t wait to see where things stand in 6 months.
