Good day all. The war between Harvard and the United States has escalated. Recently, the Trump Administration, which is fed up with Hamas on the Charles and their racist and antisemitic administration canceled Harvard’s Student Visa program.
Basically, this allowed Harvard foreign students to come to America and study at Harvard and other schools. However, we’ve been seeing who Harvard has been helping get visas for and it hasn’t been good. The short version is that a lot of these “Students” are from regions that have no problem with Hamas and what they did on October 7, 2023. The administration has been trying to identify these terrorists in being to kick them out of the country. Harvard has been, well, stonewalling is a nice way to put it. Now the Trump administration has terminated their student visa program. Here are the details from Fox News:
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is eliminating the student visa program at Harvard University due to “pro-terrorist conduct” at campus protests, Fox News Digital has learned.
It’s a severe consequence for what DHS claims is Harvard’s refusal to comply with its requests for behavioral records of student visa holders.
“This administration is holding Harvard accountable for fostering violence, antisemitism, and coordinating with the Chinese Communist Party on its campus,” said DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. “It is a privilege, not a right, for universities to enroll foreign students and benefit from their higher tuition payments to help pad their multibillion-dollar endowments.
Harvard had plenty of opportunity to do the right thing. It refused. They have lost their Student and Exchange Visitor Program certification as a result of their failure to adhere to the law. Let this serve as a warning to all universities and academic institutions across the country.”
What this means is that foreign students for the 2025-2026 academic year can’t apply to Harvard and those who are attending Harvard now will need to either transfer to another university or leave the United States.
“As a result of your brazen refusal to comply with multiple requests to provide the Department of Homeland Security pertinent information while perpetuating an unsafe campus environment that is hostile to Jewish students, promotes pro-Hamas rhetoric, and employs racist ‘diversity, equity, and inclusion’ policies, you have lost this privilege,” Noem wrote in a letter to Maureen Martin, the university’s director of immigration services.
Kristi Noem did offer Harvard 72 hours to comply with the requests from DHS. What was Harvard’s response? About what you would expect. They went judge shopping and located an Obama judge to issue one of their illegal temporary restraining orders. Here are those details from Fox News:
A court has temporarily paused the Trump administration’s move to cancel Harvard’s student visa program.
Harvard filed suit against the Trump administration over the policy, and a judge granted its request for a temporary restraining order to preserve status quo while the case plays out in court. Judge Allison Burroughs, a 2014 Obama appointee, set a hearing for 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday in Boston federal court.
I think the DoJ needs to send a lawyer into this judge’s court and basically read her the riot act, so to speak. Basically inform her that the courts have no jurisdiction in this matter and that any ruling she makes, in either direction, is invalid. I would also, being the truly nasty sort that I am, inform this judge that if she decides to proceed, she will be charged under 18 U.S. Code Chapter 115 Part I – TREASON, SEDITION, AND SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES. We need to “Law down the law” on these corrupt judicial tyrants once and for all.
Harvard, meanwhile, asserted the termination was “unlawful.”
“The government’s action is unlawful. We are fully committed to maintaining Harvard’s ability to host our international students and scholars, who hail from more than 140 countries and enrich the University – and this nation – immeasurably. We are working quickly to provide guidance and support to members of our community. This retaliatory action threatens serious harm to the Harvard community and our country, and undermines Harvard’s academic and research mission,” university spokesperson Jason Newton told Fox News Digital.
I don’t think that Harvard has fully grasped what is going on. For decades, they have been producing people who have done tremendous damage to the United States. Now they are bringing in “Students” who are flat out enemies of the United States. It isn’t just President Trump who has said “ENOUGH!”, it’s also millions of Americans who have seen what Harvard, it’s administration, it’s students and far to many of it’s graduates have been doing to this great nation. We have all had it.
There are two types of foreign students who are enrolled at Harvard. Those who are here to get an actual education, and those who are here to cause trouble. Since Harvard was asked to deal with the troublemakers and had refused, President Trump is now lowering the boom on them. Because Harvard wanted to protect a few troublemakers, they are on the cusp of losing 27% of their student body. I suspect the next action will be looking at how to revoke their tax exempt status. Then they can say good bye to that $50+ billion dollar slush fund they call an endowment.
