Good day all. This story came out a couple of weeks ago, but I was delayed in posting it. During the Biden maladministration, it came out that Biden had been storing classified files that he had no authority to possess in his garage, among other places. This led to demands that he be investigated for mishandling classified information. Eventually, a Federal prosecutor, Robert Hur, interviewed Biden.
Once he completed his interview/investigation, he recommended that no charges be brought. Not due to Biden’s criminal mishandling of the documents but due to his mental condition. The long and short of it was that Hur knew that if this ever went to a trial, Biden would have been declared mentally incompetent. Rather then say that, he simply said that Biden would come across as a kindly old man with a poor memory.
I won’t bother going over the storm of controversy that that unleashed, it’s already been covered. One of the things that didn’t happen was the release of the recordings of the Hur/Biden interview. Congress demanded that then Attorney General Garland release it to the various oversight committees. He flat out refused. Now we know why. Here are some of the details from Town Hall:
The Democrats’ hell week over this matter will continue. President Trump gave Attorney General Pam Bondi the go-ahead to release the audio tapes of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview with Joe Biden, which captured the former president’s shoddy memory.
The signs of mental decline were pervasive, but while we were called conspiracy theorists for saying so, the Democrat-media complex continued to press on with their lies about the president’s health. Axios obtained a portion of these tapes; one of the marquee moments of the Hur report was when he noted that Joe Biden had forgotten when Beau died.
When this came out a few years ago, the maladministration along with their shills in the legacy media circled the wagons to show that Dementia Joe Biden was sharp as a tack and totally on top of everything.
It led to a press conference where the president vociferously pushed back on the report, even directing his anger at Hur for suggesting he’d forgotten when his son had passed. The problem: Biden lied constantly as the president, and this is no exception. We have proof that the then-president struggled to remember when Beau died of brain cancer. The Biden White House refused to release the tapes. The Biden Justice Department tried to deep-six it. It’s now for all to see and hear (via Axios):
The video is a good five hours long. I personally haven’t listened to to recording, but I have looked at the summary of the transcript. It showed what we have known for years. Joe Biden should not have been president of the United States. Recently, we have seen members of the Legacy Media that were actively covering up for Biden now writing and talking about how bad things were.
The reason for this is simple. They need to put the disaster that was the Biden Maladministration deep into the memory hole. Right now, President Trump’s poll numbers are generally increasing. For many people it’s literally like night and day. Bringing this out is simply highlighting just how bad the Democrat Party is and how they were actively hiding Biden’s senility to protect their power.
The Biden Maladministration is going down in history as arguably the worst in American history. However, there are a number of question that still need answers. The big one? Who the Hell was running things? It’s obvious Dementia Joe Biden wasn’t. The late stages of his maladministration saw a lot of things happen that bordered on, and probably crossed over into actual criminality.
We have the Biden Autopen pardons for instance. These pardons were handed out to all of the Democrats, and a couple of Republicans, (In Name Only), such as Liz Cheney, in order to prevent a Trump DoJ from criminally charging them. Now we also have another, and by far, much more important question to ask.
Who the Hell had their finger on the nuclear button? For those living under a rock, only the President of the United States can authorize the use of nuclear weapons. I believe there also has to be a second person involved to confirm that the order is valid. In any case, if the United States were to come under nuclear attack, Biden would have had just minutes to process and issue the launch orders. Obviously, that drooling moron wouldn’t have been able to do anything.
This begs the question, under these circumstances, who would have issued the retaliatory launch order? There is a chain of command, but it assumes that Biden would have been dead or badly injured and possibly unconscious. I don’t know if there is anything in the “Playbook” about a president being “Non compos mentis.”
What this release of the recording shows is that Joe Biden should have been removed from office back in 2023. He could have been pressured to resign, he could have been declared incompetent and removed under the 25th Amendment, (Which I think is going to need a revision of some sort), or under the worst case scenario, impeached and convicted.
In my utterly unschooled opinion, we may have had an active conspiracy to subvert not just the Constitution, but potentially a subversion of the United States government. We have the Main Stream Media lying about Biden. You have Big Tech working with the maladministration to suppress any dissent. We are finding out how billions of taxpayer dollar may have been, for lack of a better term, stolen.
We need to look at who knew and what they did about it. We can start with everyone in the White House and then move into Congress. I think both Pelosi and Schumer need to be brought before a Grand Jury and asked some very pointed questions. Yes, that can assert their rights under the 5th Amendment, but I think there is enough with those two and probably others to get indictments.
I don’t know what will actually happen of course. I have little doubt that there are some in the Trump Administration who are thinking the very same thing I am. Considering just how far the Biden maladministration went to stay in power and keep President Trump out?
Yes, we need a formal investigation into who was actually running things in the Biden Administration and who knew he was not mentally competent and sooner rather then later.
