Good day all. Recently, the Supreme Court ruled that Texas can use their new congressional maps for the 2026 midterms. One of the results of this decision is that Jasmine Crockett was moved out of her rotten district and into one where she would actually have to compete against another Democrat.
Since Crockett is not known for her constituent services, she decided that it was time to go for a promotion. She announced that she is going to run for the Senate seat currently held by RINO John Cornyn. Here announcement was greeted by jokes and laughter at her expense. Here are the details from Fox News:
Conservative leaders and commentators on X mocked progressive firebrand Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, for launching a last-minute Senate campaign in red Texas, with one saying she is “about to learn the hard way that most Texans are very different.”
Right off the bat, there is no guarantee that if Crockett wins the Democrat primaries, that she will be facing the RINO Cornyn. John Cornyn has angered a lot of people in Texas and he is facing primary challengers. The one with the best shot is the current Texas attorney general, Ken Paxton. If he wins the Republican primary and faces Crockett, the only question will be how badly she will lose.
After months of speculation whether she would enter the race, Crockett announced her bid on Monday. In a launch speech to supporters in Dallas, she framed her candidacy as a move to stand up against President Donald Trump.
I don’t think Crockett, who is a classic Karen, really understands what the rest of the state thinks of both President Trump and Jasmine Crockett. In general, they like him and those who know Crockett think she needs to go back to her old job.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott posted on X that he is “looking forward to watching the circus– and KEEPING the US Senate seat red.”
“Jasmine Crockett about to learn the hard way that most Texans are very different from her district, her base & her values.”
Wait, Crockett has values? Well she does value herself and her personal comfort, but I don’t think that’s what Governor Abbott was speaking about.
“She’ll be pummeled for her progressive socialist agenda & get crushed by the Republican nominee for Senate. The Texas political cemetery is filled with blow hards like her who have no idea what it’s like to run statewide,” said the governor.”
“On the bright side for her, maybe she’ll end up with a job on The View,” he added.
Oh I think she would fit right in.
The Republican Party posted on its official X page, commenting, “Low-IQ Jasmine Crockett is officially running in Texas for U.S. Senate. This is really who the Democrats are clearing the field for.”
This probably refers to the recent withdrawal from from the Democrat Senate primary of Colin Allred. He announced he was pulling out just before Crockett announced she was running. That makes me wonder if he was encouraged to withdraw by the DNC. In any case Crockett’s announcement was fodder for the GOP humor mill.
Popular X account End Wokeness posted, “I can’t stop laughing. This is Jasmine Crockett’s campaign launch video,” reposting the 42-second ad, which features sound bites of Trump criticizing Crockett.
Conservative podcaster Matt Walsh wrote, “I never thought I’d say this but I agree with every word of this Jasmine Crockett ad.”
Conservative commentator Eric Daugherty also commented on the ad, saying that Crockett “royally SCREWED UP by making her campaign launch video Donald Trump calling her ‘low IQ’ on repeat, while she awkwardly stares into the camera,” because “Trump won Texas by 14 points.”
No one ever accused Jasmine Crockett of being a deep thinker. Needless to say, The Democrats are trying, desperately, to pump up Crockett.
Progressive Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., wrote, “My sister in service @JasmineForUS is a relentless fighter and a brilliant legal mind. She is exactly the kind of authentic, bold, effective leader this moment demands, the people deserve, and the Senate needs. Let’s go.”
Texas Democratic Party Chairman Kendall Scudder also reacted, telling Fox News Digital, “Republicans are shaking in their boots because they know their days are numbered in Texas.”
As for Crockett and why she waited until literally the last legal minute before announcing? Well, let’s just say the delusion is strong with her.
“Many people wonder why I jumped in this race so late, and I just want to be clear that this was never my intention, this was never about me, I never put myself into any of the polls,” Crockett said.
Translation: I am ignoring the polls and it was always about me. Besides, I don’t want to go back to being an ambulance chasing personal injury lawyer.
“But the more I saw the poll results, I couldn’t ignore the trends, which were clear, both as it relates to the primary as well as the general election, I could have played it safe and continued serving in the United States House of Representatives for as long as my constituents would have me, but I don’t choose to do that, because, Texas, this moment we’re in now is life or death.”
She never looked at the polls. The reality of the situation is simple. She waited until the Supreme Court issued their ruling on the redistricting changes, and when she saw it was upheld, and that she was going to be forced to run in a new district. Her odds were not good. She also has a few personal financial issues that will be brought up. Basically, she’s a deadbeat. She owns her condo association a fair bit of change for her condo fees. If she doesn’t pay up, they can foreclose and take her condo from her.
Jasmine Crockett has no chance of winning the midterm election and may not win the primary. She is a vile, self centered, narcissistic, racist spoiled brat. She is a complete fraud. She has achieved nothing but enrich herself during her two terms in the house. On the bright side, she isn’t vested in the retirement package so won’t be collecting taxpayer funds for the remainder of her life. I guess the only question now is, if Jasmine Crockett makes it through the Democrat Primary, how badly will she be crushed in the General Election in 2026?
