Gavin “Hair Gel” Newsom, King of Fraud

Good day all. Now that Minnesota’s fraud has been discovered and is now being fully investigated, people are looking at other states that appear to have some problems. One of those states is the People’s Republic of Kalifornistan. (Formally known as California)

Kalifornistan is basically broke. People and businesses are fleeing in droves. U-Haul can’t keep rental tucks and trailers in stock. However, this shouldn’t be the case. By rights, the state should be running a surplus, not in debt. Now people are wondering, where did the money go?

Now a Federal Prosecutor is starting to dig into the fiscal disaster that is the Kalifornistan state government. He has called the current governor, Gavin “Hair Gel” Newsom, the “King of Fraud.” Here are the details from Fox News:

The Trump administration is ramping up a nationwide crackdown on the misuse of taxpayer money. A top federal prosecutor criticized California Gov. Gavin Newsom over a lack of oversight, branding him the “king of fraud.”

“California has spent $24 billion in the last five years on homelessness, and no one can account for where that money has really gone,” First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli said Thursday on “Fox & Friends.”

That doesn’t surprise me at all. Numbnuts Newsom is the head incompetent of a state government full of crooks and incompetents. When the Trump Administration pulled federal funding for the High Speed Rail project earlier this year, Govno Hair Gel sued to have it restored. However, before it could be heard by some COB judge who would ignore things like the Constitution, the Separation of Powers, etc, Newsom dropped the suit.

There were a lot of publicly stated reasons that Kalifornistan dropped the suit, but everyone who pays attention knows why they did it. The discovery process. Kalifornistan would have had to hand over all the documents on the “Choo Choo to Nowhere.” There would be all sorts of questions on the $15 billion that has already been spent on the project with not one rail laid down. Rather then risk the detailed anal probe audit, Newsom dropped the suit.

In April, Essayli launched a task force to investigate corruption in California, with a focus on homeless services. The task force has already resulted in federal charges against two men accused of using real estate projects to exploit the state’s homelessness system for personal profit.

Essayli said those cases, which involve millions of dollars in alleged fraud, are only the “tip of the iceberg.”

That doesn’t surprise me. Right off the bat, I would start looking at any funds given to Non-Governmental Organizations. As we’ve learned from DOGE and the shutdown of USAID, these NGO’s are just a system to launder money for the Democrats and their “Friends.”

“I can tell you more charges are coming, probably as soon as this month.”

He accused Newsom and California’s Democratic leadership of allowing fraud to continue in state-run programs with little oversight or accountability.

That pretty much mirrors what is happening in Minnesota, New York, Washington State and other states controlled by the Democrats.

President Donald Trump weighed in on Truth Social, suggesting California could be “more corrupt” than Minnesota.

“The Fraud investigation of California has begun,” he wrote on Tuesday.

Needless to say, Newsom’s minions are pushing back, saying that “Hey! We have stopped fraud!”

Newsom’s press office pushed back against the accusations, writing on X that the governor has “blocked over $125 BILLION in fraud, arrested criminal parasites leaching off of taxpayers, and protected taxpayers from the exact kind of scam artist Trump celebrates, excuses, and pardons.”

Well that’s telling him. It’s also demonstrating just how politically tone deaf the Democrats in Kalifornistan are.

Vice President JD Vance has also criticized California’s welfare policies, accusing the state of providing benefits regardless of immigration status. Speaking to Fox News’ Jesse Watters, Vance said California openly advertises using taxpayer funds to provide Medicaid to illegal immigrants.

“California, more than almost any other state, has been so glaring and obvious about the fact that they’re giving welfare benefits to illegal aliens,” said Vance.

That right there needs to stop and whoever authorized it, including the state legislature and the governor if this was a spending bill they passed, criminally charged under 8 U.S. Code § 132. Of course, that would probably end with most of the elected and appointed officials in jail, but you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.

Newsom is planning on running for President in 2028. He doesn’t seem to comprehend the amount of baggage he is towing along behind himself. He was an inept and incompetent mayor when he ran San Francisco and the last eight years of his administration has been a disaster for what used to be California. I don’t think Newsom really understand how much trouble he might be in. I do know that he isn’t going to be president in four years, or ever. What he might be doing is time, as in prison time.
