Good day all. Currently, the Federal Government is investigating and prosecuting a massive criminal conspiracy to defraud the taxpayers. Currently, most of the investigation is in Minnesota. The estimate of how much as been stolen has reached $9 billion dollars. As a result, various welfare programs are being curtailed.
Of course, this has set off the Democrats. How dare the Trump Administration interrupt their revenue stream? Right on schedule, they sued, found a COB judge to hear the case and surprising no one, the judge said “Keep paying the graft.” Here are the details from Reuters:
A federal judge on Wednesday blocked President Donald Trump’s administration from withholding $80 million to administer Minnesota’s food stamp program while the state reviews the eligibility of 100,000 households amid claims of widespread fraud.
U.S. District Judge Laura Provinzino, during a hearing in St. Paul, Minnesota federal court, said it was likely illegal for the U.S. Department of Agriculture to give Minnesota only 30 days, until January 15, to complete the review of its food stamp program, known as SNAP.
Likely illegal? I take it she isn’t paying any attention to the tens of millions that have been confirmed stolen from this program and used, in some cases, to fund terrorist groups hostile to the United States?
Provinzino on Wednesday said the USDA had not explained why the expedited review was necessary to root out fraud and that the agency had flouted a federal law barring states from reviewing SNAP recipients’ eligibility more than once a year.
“USDA is asking the state to violate federal law, regulations, and the state’s own operational plan,” which had previously been approved by the agency, said Provinzino, an appointee of Democratic former President Joe Biden.
Why am I not surprised that Minnesota wants to avoid any sort of audits or reviews? They have discovered tens of millions of dollars have been stolen from this program, with what looks like the assistance of the State of Minnesota.

The judge blocked the USDA from withholding the funding from Minnesota pending the outcome of the lawsuit, including $20 million for the first quarter of the year that the agency had said earlier on Wednesday would not be disbursed. The case does not involve the funding for monthly food stamp benefits that go to recipients.
I think it’s time to tell the judge that not only will her order to release the funds be ignored, but that she is now going to face prosecution for aiding and abetting in fraud, and if one single dollar can be found to have gone to one of the Somali terrorist groups she will also be indicted with aiding and abetting a terrorist organization.
“This is part of an ongoing effort by the federal government to pummel our state,” Joseph Richie of the Minnesota Attorney General’s office said during the hearing.
Your state is corrupt and has been robbing the taxpayers blind. You are also on the cusp of being declared in actual rebellion and insurrection.
Minnesota this week separately sued Trump’s administration to block a surge of immigration enforcement officers into the state, following the fatal shooting of a woman by an ICE officer in Minneapolis.
That is another matter, but basically, Minnesota is trying to get a federal judge to order the Administration to not carry out federal law. While I have no doubt they will find a COB judge who is stupid enough issue such an order, that might be just the final straw and force President Trump to activate the insurrection act. Do these idiots really want to force President Trump’s hands? He doesn’t want to send in regular forces and I can guarantee you those “Protesters” are not going to like how the Marines handle them.
I suspect that, regardless of whether or not the administration follows the order, it will be appealed and as usual, the Supreme Court will once again slap down yet another COB judge. As for Minnesota? They are going to get what they deserve, good and hard.
