Good day all. The massive levels of fraud discovered in Minnesota has torpedoed the political career of Govno Tampon Tim Walz. It might also lead to the criminal indictment of both Walz and the Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.

While there had been an ongoing investigation and prosecutions for some of the fraud in Minnesota, most of it had been buried until Nick Shirley, a YouTube journalist blew the roof off the Somali Daycare fraud and opened the door to investigations into what appears to be at least $9 billion dollars in stolen taxpayer funds. This led to Govno Tim Walz pulling the plug on his reelection. (He’s looking for a nice retirement home in a non-extradition country I suspect.

There have been other being investigated, with Maine seeing some major problems. Now people are looking at the one state that has been, for all intents and purposes, turned into a third world hellhole of incompetence, graft and corruption, California. Here are the details from the New York Post:
A new investigation is adding to the growing mountain of evidence that a network of hundreds of hospices are allegedly ripping off tens of millions of dollars from taxpayers across California. And ground zero for the alleged fraud — a stretch of road in Van Nuys.
“You can’t throw a rock without hitting [a] hospice,” Sheila Clark, President and CEO of the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association (CHAPCA), told CBS News.
I hopped over to the CBS News story. The opening paragraphs show how easy It was for CBS News, (Now under competent management), to find some fraud.
At age 69, Lynn Ianni is a pickleball whiz, zipping from dinks to drives energetically. When she suffered an injury on the court two years ago, she sought physical therapy, and was surprised to learn her Medicare insurance wouldn’t cover it.
She was, according to Medicare records, dying and in hospice.
“They said, ‘you’re in hospice.’ And I said, ‘what? What are you talking about?” Ianni said. “‘Are you kidding me? Do I look like I’m in hospice?’”
Looking at the picture in the story, I would say that no, she certainly isn’t in a hospice and isn’t dying. Apparently, and according to the story, Ms. Ianni’s Medicare number had been stolen and used to enroll her in a hospice, one that specialized in end of life care. Now the article claims that Newsom’s administration is “Investigating” and “Taking corrective actions,” but I really doubt it. Returning to the NY Post story:
The new findings highlight what the California Post exclusively reported earlier this month, that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is now actively cutting off payments to suspicious operations across Los Angeles, which is home to almost half of America’s end-of-life care providers.

Indications of fraud have not stopped and have actually grown in LA County according to CBS News.
Auditors estimated LA County hospices overbilled Medicare by $105 million in a single year. Their analysis revealed that over 700 of the roughly 1,800 hospices in the county trigger multiple red flags for fraud as defined by the state.
Apparently, those red flags are things like 500 hospices in a three mile area and a lot of them working out of the same small building.
There are 137 hospices operating along Van Nuys Boulevard alone. More than half of them show signs the state has outlined as indicators of fraud according to the CBS report. Most alarming — 89 companies are registered to a single building in Van Nuys.
Regulators visited multiple suites in that Van Nuys building between 2021 and 2025 and found deficiencies. Including, for instance, nearly 40 companies sharing key personnel, according to the analysis.
And the state didn’t think to hand all this over to the State Attorney General’s office to investigate? Oh wait, the current AG is Rob Bonta. The only thing he’s interested in is protecting criminals, illegal aliens and stripping away the constitutional rights of citizens and legal resident aliens. And covering up fraud I suspect.
A hospice industry insider provided the California Post with data detailing hundreds of suspicious hospices and home agencies across not just LA County, but the entire state, including addresses where multiple agencies are listed at the same location.
One of the problems with tolerating all this criminal activity is the harm it does to honest providers and innocent people such as Ms. Ianni.
A Post investigation found the addresses include empty storefronts, an auto parts shop and other offices that are unoccupied, some for years. Others don’t appear to exist at all.
Dr. Ira Byock, one of the leading palliative care physicians in the country, told The Post the level of alleged fraud and the speed in which it had grown has ”completely overwhelmed” state and federal authorities tasked with dealing with it.
“There are roughly 7,000 hospice programs across the US. There are 91 in Florida, 39 in New York — and over 2,800 in California,” Dr. Byock said.

The fact that so many are registered in Kalifornistan as compared to Florida, which has been known as “God’s Waiting Room,” should have sent up flares. I think we need to get Elon Musk’s DOGE team back into action.

“Many of them have come into existence in California in the last four years,” he said, adding that “clearly some of these programs in Southern California are not legitimate at all and seem like vehicles for fraudulent billing [of] Medicare.”
This started four years ago? Hmm, who was the President at that time? Don’t tell me, it will come to me in a moment.

None of the hospices flagged by CBS News turned up in California’s enforcement actions database.
That doesn’t surprise me. With the amount of fraud going on in Kalifornistan at all levels, I have no doubt that there are a lot of palms being greased.
Since 2022, when the state published its audit report, California’s Department of Public Health has issued enforcement actions against seven hospice facilities statewide — despite the state auditor warning that fraud was rampant.

State attorney general Rob Bonta says his office has brought criminal fraud cases against more than 100 defendants in the hospice industry and about two dozen civil cases. But he acknowledged that more needs to be done.
“We need to be responsive to the red flags and react to them, not just count them,” Bonta told CBS. “Our main lane is the accountability side, the criminal investigations, the civil investigations. That’s after the damage is done though, unfortunately.”
How about removing your thumb, pulling up your pants and doing your damn job you useless git?
A moratorium on issuing new hospice licenses in the state was recently extended through January 2027, because the state missed its deadline to enact new emergency regulations for hospices.
A moratorium? The state obviously doesn’t need more fraud, they need a lot less. They need to start shutting down all these fake hospices and going after the stolen money. One way they can start is by going to all the locations and simply checking them. Is there a single office that handles patients or an empty lot?
I recently saw a comment by Elon Musk that he estimates at least $1 Trillion dollars a year is stolen from the taxpayers due to fraud and embezzlement. Although not exclusive to Democrat run cities and states, the overwhelming majority of these crimes is happening in Democrat states. We’re beginning to see the Trump Administration start shutting down these programs until better controls are put into place, but, as usual, the COB judges are ordering the fraud to continue.

We have reached critical mass in this country. The Democrats, who as a party seem to be benefiting from all this criminal activity, are actively fighting to maintain their centers of graft and kickbacks. It’s time that people start holding them accountable and we can start with Govno Gavin “Hair gel” Newsom. He will lie through his teeth of course, but if he’s confronted with facts and a camera, it will finally bury his career of incompetence and possibly lead to his indictment.
