Good day all. It seems there is an issue regarding a special election last November in the People’s Republic of Kalifornistan. It seems that there might be more votes then there are actual voters.
This has led the Sheriff of Riverside County to seize all the ballots in order to to a physical, manual count. Here are the details from Fox News:
A California sheriff and top Republican candidate for governor seized over 650,000 votes from the state’s November elections this weekend.
Regarding the Sheriff being a top Republican candidate, it seems that the number one and number two candidates for Governor are Republicans. There are so many Democrat candidates that they are diluting their vote. Since Kalifornistan decided to institute a “Jungle Primary” system where the two top candidates face off against each other, there is a fair chance that the next governor of California might be a Republican.
Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco launched an investigation into the state’s November 2025 special election on Proposition 50 after a third-party organization, the Riverside Election Integrity Team, claimed it found roughly 45,000 excess votes. California elections officials have dismissed the team’s findings, but Bianco says his office will conduct another count.
The special election was set up by the Democrats to force through a redistricting that would essentially end the Republican Party’s chances of winning another house seat. If they found 45,000 extra votes, then the whole election would be called into question.
“This investigation is simple: Physically count the ballots and compare that result with the total votes recorded,” Bianco told reporters at a Friday press conference
Secretary of State Shirley Weber has argued Bianco has no authority to carry out a recount.
“The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office has taken actions based on allegations that lack credible evidence and risk undermining public confidence in our elections,” Weber told City News Service. “The sheriff’s assertion that his deputies know how to count is admirable. The fact remains that he and his deputies are not elections officials, and they do not have expertise in election administration.”
What they probably don’t have is experience in rigging an election. I have a suspicion that the Secretary of State knows that there were “Problems” with the vote totals. Now, as to examining the ballots? I can think of a way that would satisfy the average person. You have a lot of observers, the sheriff’s department operates as if this were a criminal investigation, in other words securing and maintaining the “Chain of evidence” and have each ballot checked by two or more people.
Riverside elections official Art Tinoco rejected the Riverside Election Integrity Team’s findings earlier this month, saying the group had misinterpreted how votes are counted on Election Day.
Perhaps they did. A full audit will determine this, won’t it?
Tinoco told county supervisors earlier this year that the initial intake logs by polling workers are meant to be estimates rather than exact tallies of how many votes were cast. Even so, he said the final tally was within 0.16%, or 103 votes, of the original estimate.
I’m going to ask, why are they making estimates? There are X ballots cast and there are Y number of voters. They should match exactly. Perhaps I’m missing something, but I can’t see what.
The Elections Integrity Team maintains their math is correct, however, and it was this disagreement that led Bianco to open an investigation of his own.
And this is going to show one of two things. Either the election integrity team is wrong, or there is a major issue. Considering how much the Democrats are fighting this, I’m leaning towards the latter being the correct answer.
Bianco accused California Attorney General Bob Bonta, a Democrat, of intervening in the investigation. Bonta, however, says his office only sought to learn the basis of the probe.
“We have attempted to work cooperatively with the Sheriff’s Office in order to better understand the basis for their investigation, including by reviewing the warrants themselves and by requesting the Sheriff’s complete investigative file,” Bonta’s office told Fox News Digital on Sunday. “We made these requests pursuant to the Attorney General’s supervisory authority over county sheriffs.”
Bonta is pure scum. The list of things we could say about him would take 10 pages. His utter contempt for the Constitution and absolute hatred of President Trump makes anything he says to be questionable. If he said it was sunny outside, I would look out the window.
Bianco said Friday that his office had received multiple letters from Bonta ordering him to cease the investigation, according to the Desert Sun.
“The outrage that an investigation was happening was extremely concerning to me, especially coming from someone who claims to be a law enforcement officer that is, I’ve said this a minimum of a thousand times, he’s an embarrassment to law enforcement,” Bianco said.
The fight being put up by the Democrat establishment in Kalifornistan is not helping their cause at all. What it is doing is making people think that they know that there was a major problem with the special election. If the Sheriff’s team does confirm that the vote totals are way off, two things are going to happen.
There will be legal challenges brought to have the entire special election thrown out. How that will be received by the courts is anyone’s guess. The second thing that will happen is the opening of an investigation by the FBI and the DoJ. Right now, they’ve seized election materials from Fulton County in Georgia and Maricopa County in Arizona.
If the Sheriff’s investigation finds something, then yet another raid will be carried out. Of course, this time the Sheriff will have everything gift wrapped with a bow on it ready for the FBI to pick everything up. I’m sure that both the audit and the fight between the county and the state AG’s office is going to heat up.
