Good day all. I, like many others, have been ranting and raving at the COB, (Clinton, Obama and Biden), judges for some time. They have been ignoring the Constitution in order to push the Democrat agenda.

Now we may finally see an Obama judge impeached. Sadly, it won’t be for sedition or ignoring the Constitution. Instead, it will be simple malfeasance. Here are the details from the Daily Caller:
Republican Georgia Rep. Andrew Clyde filed articles of impeachment against Judge Eleanor Ross over her courthouse sex escapades.

I think a little clarification may be needed here. It seems that the judge was having “Romantic Rendezvous” with a man not her husband in her chambers in the federal court house. It also seems that she was rather noisy. How noisy? Well, there is no truth to the rumor that she was asked to help dub porn films. According to a Fox News Story:
A married federal judge repeatedly had sex with a law enforcement officer inside courthouse chambers while clerks worked just outside the office door, then falsely denied the affair when confronted, a judicial misconduct report alleges.
Multiple clerks overheard “kissing sounds,” “moaning” and other sounds consistent with sexual activity coming from the judge’s private office over a period spanning roughly two years, the judicial complaint filed in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals stated.
One clerk reported hearing the officer say the word “affair,” while another described being so disturbed by the noises that the clerk left work for the day.

According to Fox, the report didn’t name the judge or the gender, however, the information eventually leaked out. Apparently, Judge Ross was doing the Horizontal Tango with the Atlanta Deputy Chief of Police. She was also involved in some partisan political activities that bring into question her impartiality. According to another Fox News story:
U.S. Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon filed a motion Friday seeking the recusal of Atlanta U.S. District Judge Eleanor Ross from a key election-integrity case after Ross admittedly – and illegally – attended a partisan Democrat fundraiser for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. Obviously, Ross’ attendance makes clear she isn’t impartial.
As we’ve seen, being impartial is not a job requirement for Obama and Biden Judges. In fact, it seems to be something that would disqualify them from being nominated in the first place. This and her playing “Dock the submarine” with the Deputy Chief of police and her attempts to cover up the affair are what is leading to the bill of impeachment. Going back to the Daily Caller story:
Clyde alleges that Ross, a sitting District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia, engaged in an extramarital affair with a high-ranking Atlanta police officer and later made false statements during a judicial misconduct investigation.
Ah yes, false statements. Another term for that would be perjury of they were made under oath, and I suspect that they were.
In the impeachment resolution, Clyde wrote that Ross “participated in an extramarital affair with high-ranking Atlanta Police Department officer Kelley Collier.”
That, in and of itself, really doesn’t rise to the level of impeachment, at least not anymore. That the idiot decided to use her offices as the site for her Onlyfans studio instead of a “No Tell Motel” definitely brings into question her judgment.
The Georgia Republican wrote that Ross and Collier “engaged in intimate contact, including, by admission of Judge Ross, sexual intercourse,” and that Ross’ conduct “demonstrated a gross lack of judgment and created an uncomfortable and troubling workplace for staff members.”
Clyde further noted that former clerks allegedly “heard sounds resulting from the intimate contact coming from Judge Ross’ chambers.”
If I had been there and the noise was that loud, I would have fired up the recording app on my phone. Not for extortion purposes, but to upload to Pornhub as a free sound effects file.
The impeachment resolution further alleges that Ross’ affair created both an actual and apparent conflict of interest because the officer’s department regularly had matters before the court.
Now that can be a problem. If this had been a public relationship, Judge Ross would have made sure that she wasn’t involved in any cases that might have generated a potential conflict of interest. However, keeping it on the down low would have been a problem and I have no doubt that there are a number of lawyers reviewing past cases that ended up in front of her.
According to the articles, Ross later told court staff she had consumed “too many martinis” at the event the night before presiding over a criminal proceeding in her courtroom.
While wrong, I, and I have no doubt many others are wondering just how many judges were bombed when they were hearing a case. Of course, if she got plastered the night before, then it’s likely she was hung over but not blitzed.
Lawmakers further argued the affair “left Judge Ross vulnerable to extortion” because neither the officer’s spouse nor Ross’ spouse was aware of the relationship.
That goes without saying, and this is a good reason for this idiot to resign. Representative Clyde also brought up the campaign event that led to Harmeet Dhillon demanding that Ross recuse herself.
Clyde’s resolution also points to Ross’ attendance at a campaign event hosted by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. According to the articles, Ross later told court staff she had consumed “too many martinis” at the event the night before presiding over a criminal proceeding in her courtroom.
To be honest, if I had gone to a Democrat campaign event for Fatass Fani Willis, I’d want to get bombed too. Still, she shouldn’t have gone to that event. I would like to know if she was invited, or just showed up?
The impeachment resolution also accuses Ross of making “numerous, material false statements” during the judicial misconduct investigation, conduct that lawmakers argue would constitute a felony under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 in other federal contexts.
That would definitely be grounds for impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate.
According to the articles, Ross initially denied the allegations, writing, “I have never engaged in sexual intercourse in my office, nor anywhere else in the Courthouse.”

She also allegedly told investigators she was “not sure who this allegation concerns” and later claimed she was “astounded and confused” and had “no idea what this clerk is referring to.”

Lawmakers argue those statements amounted to obstruction, alleging Ross made “affirmative attempts to prevent the Chief Judges from learning of her misconduct” and ultimately “subverted the integrity of an official proceeding.”
The 11th Circuit also confirmed the misconduct.
A Special Committee of the Eleventh Circuit subsequently issued three unanimous findings of misconduct. Those findings were later adopted by the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Council on February 11 and affirmed by the Judicial Conference of the United States on May 22.
And what did they do about it? Basically, nothing.
Despite those findings, Ross received a private reprimand and remains on the federal bench, according to a Bloomberg Law report.
Now the question is, will this actually go forward? If it does, will the Democrats revert to their default setting of “Protect all Democrats no matter what they did!” or will they actually do the right things and boot her off the bench? I will be honest, this one is a toss up. With all the other judges causing problems, they might decide that Ross is one of those Democrats who would be best used as a “Sacrificial lamb” and convict her in the Senate.

It’s possible that Ross will decide that her best course would be to resign from the bench, especially if she sees that the Democrats are going to throw her under the bus. Then there is Ross’s husband. Somehow, I don’t’ think he’s to happy with the situation. Now it’s possible that he was aware of it from day one and they have an “Open Marriage.” However, it looks like he’s a state court judge, and this scandal isn’t going to do him any good professionally. We shall see what happens. It should be interesting if Eleanor Ross does the right thing and decides that this is a good time to seek other opportunities elsewhere.
