America at 250

Happy 4th of July to all Americans! Today is the 250th birthday of the Greatest Nation in history. Today. The majority of Americans will be out having a great time with family, barbecues, concerts and, of course, fireworks.


Now there are those who so hate the United States of America, currently led by President Donald J. Trump, that they are actively trying to destroy everything they can. Far to many want to end the United States and create a Communist state in it’s place.

While we do have issues, (when have we not), things are getting better for most people. The Trump Administration has been trying to keep it’s promises. President Trump’s administration has been working hard to remove the millions of invaders allowed in by the previous administration.

We have seen that a certain political party has done everything it can to interfere and block these removals up to and including serious acts of violence. The Administration has been targeting those who have committed other crimes as well as illegally entering the United States. The response from certain elected officials has been to pardon these hardened criminals to help keep them in the United States. (We’re looking at you Tim Walz)

Massive fraud has been discovered and is being investigated. Literally hundreds of billions of dollars appears to have been stolen. The good news is that convictions are now happening and the investigations are starting to take aim at those who let this happen in the first place.

The Administration has also been working to secure future elections, with one of it’s major goals being to implement the SAVE act. Unsurprisingly, the Deep State is utterly opposed to the SAVE act and it’s currently stalled in the Senate when it should already have been signed into law. Instead the TransRepublicans and Republicans In Name Only have worked with the Democrats, who rely on voter and election fraud to “win” elections to block it.

They are, as usual from these arrogant elitists, ignoring the fact that around 80% of the voters support the Act and want it passed. Since most of these corrupt, useless idiots are back in their states, this wold be a good time to remind them that they represent the people, not rule over them.

The Supreme Court has ended it’s current session. President Trump had a lot of wins and a few losses. One of these was the Birthright Citizenship case. This was always going to be a tough one, and while I had hoped SCOTUS would rule in favor of America, it didn’t. The case was 6-3 upholding birthright citizenship.

The Democrat justices, of course, all voted in favor of birthright citizenship. Three Republicans also voted in favor. Justices Roberts and Barrett voted in favor as well. Justice Kavanaugh did as well, but he wrote that his reasoning was that it violated current Federal immigration statutes. He has basically handed over a road map to the GOP on how to fix this issue.

SCOTUS also issued a number of ruling slapping down the lower courts for exceeding their authority. They have said that the President pretty much can fire anyone in the executive branch. Already, the lower courts are ignoring that decision. The Supreme Court is also, finally, going to take a couple of cases regarding the Democrats repeated moves to strip law abiding Americans of their 2nd Amendment rights to their choice of firearms. They will hear those cases in the fall.

They have also driven a stake into the heart of Hawaii’s “Vampire” gun carry ban. This was a law they passed that said that unless a property owner who’s property was publicly accessible, (Stores, gas stations, restaurants, etc, posted signs saying that firearms were allowed, then people with valid carry permits couldn’t enter the property.

It basically turned Hawaii into a no carry zone for law abiding citizens. Criminals didn’t care of course. What made this even worse was the state courts refusal to even consider the Constitution and the 2nd Amendment rights. The cooked up some nonsense saying that Hawaii’s “Aloha spirit” trumped the 2nd Amendment. The 9th Circus, as usual, uphold that drivel. SCOTUS slapped it down hard. The case was decided 6-3 with Kagan, Sotomayor and the DEI hire all supporting restrictions on people’s constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

Ketjani Brown Jackson’s dissent was typical of her. She ignored the constitution entirely and said this was about property rights. She also took a shot at the Bruen decision. Basically, this session demonstrated to the nation that Justice Jackson is an idiot and was only appointed to the court because of her skin color and gender. She is an embarrassment to the judicial branch.

This brings us to the Judicial Branch. It has not been covering itself in judicial glory. It was bad last year and has only gotten worse. A certain group of judges have ended all pretense of being impartial and have been issuing one ruling after another designed to block the Trump administration. Some of these rulings are so blatantly unconstitutional that people are wondering why President Trump is even bothering to appeal them when he should just ignore them. I suspect that in the next few years, a reckoning will be coming to the United States Judiciary.

This year the United States hosted the FIFA World Cup. Most Americans, who don’t care about soccer, ignored it. However, this is a major event everywhere else on Earth and millions of foreign tourists came into the United States. What happened next was great. The tourists had been told by their governments, (Europe mostly), that America was going to block them at the borders and was not going to be a good place to go.

What happened next was legendary. All of these visitors came over and were absolutely shocked, and in a good way at what they saw. You had millions of posts to Socialist media on all the experiences these visitors were having. They were stunned by the portions of food provided in restaurants, all the choices they had and the new foods they discovered.

There were other things that Americans found hilarious. In Boston, the Scottish tourists literally drank the city dry.

The Norwegian fans rowed their way through Boston’s South Station.

Then there was the discovery of Ranch Dressing. European fans fell in love with this condiment and the TSA had to post signs saying that the bottles needed to be put into their checked baggage and not carry one.

Another thing they discovered was air conditioning. Since a number of these matches were in the southern states in summer, it was hot, far hotter than the average European is used to. This is when they discovered that, unlike Europe, the United States puts A/C everywhere. This earned America the gratitude of millions of European fans who had not experienced heat and humidity like this before.

Yes, that meme was generated from a quote by a European who was commenting on the heat and the incredible, to them, availability of air conditioning. The World Cup is still underway with matches here in the U.S. Canada and Mexico. From what I’ve been hearing, the tourists generally prefer the United States. I’m sure that there are still hundreds of thousand here for the remaining matches and we welcome them to our National Party.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.

He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

Looking at the list of states, (Colonies back then), I find it interesting how many of them are now run by people and a political party that absolutely despises everything the signers of the Declaration of the Declaration of Independence and later the Constitution of the United States stood for. Never forget that you most be forever vigilant or you will find your rights are now privileges that can be removed at any time.
