Good day all. I recently wrote about President Trump slamming the United Nations and then telling them what would happen to Iran if they didn’t stop being idiots. Now we have Argentina’s version of Donald Trump, Javier Milei.

I’ve written about Argentine President Milei in the past. He is no friend of the Progressive Left in his country or anywhere else for that matter. Last year he let fly at the United Nations especially when the UN decided to back Hamas over Israel. Surprising no one, he amped things up for his speech this year. Here are the details from Fox News:
Argentina’s libertarian President Javier Milei struck again, this time in a fiery speech to the United Nations General Assembly in New York, calling the body “useless” and made up of “fatally arrogant parasites.”
President Milei began his speech saying a few nice things about the UN and it’s original mission. Obviously, that mission was tossed into the trash long ago and President Milei made sure that the General Assembly knew it.
Milei began by commending the U.N.’s founding mission of resolving conflict peacefully and promoting universal freedom and dignity as “noble words.” However, he went on to say that “today, regrettably, it is time to acknowledge that, in practice, that sacred covenant has been broken.”
“That’s to say, it has become a useless organization whose only purpose is to sustain a caste of fatally arrogant parasites masquerading as well-intentioned bureaucrats,” he charged.

Well, I wold say that President Milei was off to a good start. He’s described the UN bureaucrats perfectly.
To make his case, he pointed to the U.N.’s role in restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, which he called a type of “genocide,” and the “gender agenda, environmental extremism and unchecked immigration.”
Milei said, “During the pandemic, bodies under the auspices of this house put themselves before scientific evidence and the sovereignty of nations and promoted forced lockdown policies throughout the world.
“Where some allege a public health policy error, we see a global experiment in social control disguised as science. And when a state wearing public health blinkers deprives its population of the right to work, to receive an education and to bid farewell to their dead, this results in millions of avoidable deaths; there is a word for it, genocide.”
That word, genocide, tends to get thrown around a bit to much. There is an actual definition of the word. Genocide is the deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, or cultural group. This is what the Nazis did to the Jews and what happened in Rwanda in 1994. It is not what happened to the Palestinians when Israel decided to clean out Hamas. (Israel does want to make terrorists extinct, as do we) What the UN and other globalists did was not meant to wipe out entire groups. Still, I understand where President Milei is coming from.
He charged that “every time [the U.N.] failed, rather than reviewing the model or apologizing, they doubled down.”
“Those who were supposed to guarantee collective security and human rights failed in their task. They allowed chaos, violence and international terrorism to flourish,” he said.
“The alleged defenders of human rights have sheltered bloodthirsty dictatorships and regimes that stone women in the streets; they have systematically voted against Israel while remaining silent in the face of Islamic terrorism and the genocide of Christians in Africa.”
The Muslim attack on Christians does meet the definition of Genocide. He’s also quite right that the UN never goes after the dictators or tyrants, only against the United States and Israel. This is one reason most Americans want the UN out of the United States and the United States out of the UN.

Milei is widely considered a radical reformer, budget slasher and an ally of President Donald Trump. Similar to Trump’s previous criticisms of the U.N. before the assembly, Milei did not hold back in his address Wednesday.
President Milei basically saved Argentina from total economic collapse. He is well regarded by most Americans who know who he is and what he has been able to do. Many, myself included, wish President Trump could do what President Milei did. Unfortunately, President Trump’s hands are tied by the Constitutional separation of powers, where President Milei had a much freer hand.
Milei said that the U.N. has “built a bureaucratic leviathan devoted to deciding how the peoples of the world and their citizens should live.”
“This amounts to a curious mixture of anarchy and tyranny, impotence in the face of those who break the most basic rules, such as bloodthirsty dictatorships and terrorist organizations coupled with Orwellian control and impositions on liberal democracies that abide by the rules.”
That is a perfect description of the UN, the WEF and most of Eurotrash Elites and the American Progressives. These are the people who have gravitated to the UN and other Globalist groups over the decades. These “Elites” see themselves as the rulers of Earth and Humanity. Many are from families that were part of the old European aristocracy. Then you have the ones who are just plain narcissists with a sprinkling of megalomania thrown in for good measure.
There is only one thing that can be done with the United Nations. Countries need to start pulling out of it. Heading that list should be the United States. Israel and Argentina walking away would also start the process of collapse for that useless organization. Those nations that remain in the UN? Most of them are run by the same people that created the United Nations as President Milei and other see it. Let’s see how they like having to foot the bills that Uncle Sam is currently paying. I also wonder what President Milei will say next year? I’m sure he will top himself, again.
