There is no real comment required for this one. It’s simply a member of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment performing his duties as a Sentinel, guarding the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers in Washington DC.

In the background you can hear some idiots laughing and talking loudly. The Sentinel requests that people show the respect the fallen are due. By the way, that IS one of their duties. Also, the weapons are real.
