Blow back on Roberts decision increases

The anger at the sell out of Chief Justice Roberts and the continuing overreach by the Federal government is increasing daily. Of course, Der Fuber and the NDSWP ((National Democratic Socialist Workers Party, aka The Democratic Party)) have shown themselves to be either blind to what is happening, or flat out don’t care.

First is the number of states that are flat our refusing to implement Obamacare in any way shape or form. The apparent leader of this movement is Florida Governor Rick Scott. In a column for the Washington Times, Governor Scott lays out why Florida will not implement Obamacare and what the alternatives should be. As of right now, about half the states are either refusing to implement Obamacare or are considering it.

This isn’t the only thing states are looking at doing with this and other constitutionally questionable actions by the Federal Government. Arizona is putting an initiative on its ballot that let voters overrule federal statutes if they deem them to be unconstitutional. Here are some of the details from the Arizona Daily Sun:

Voters could get the right to overrule federal laws and mandates under the terms of an initiative filed late Thursday.

The Arizona Constitution already says the federal Constitution “is the supreme law of the land.” This measure, if approved in November, it would add language saying that federal document may not be violated by any government — including the federal government.

More to the point, it would allow Arizonans “to reject any federal action that they determine violates the United States Constitution.”

That could occur through a vote of the state House and Senate with consent of the governor.

But that also could occur through a popular vote on a ballot measure, effectively allowing voters to decide which federal laws they feel infringe on Arizona’s rights as a sovereign state.

This is pretty significant and if passed, will throw a gauntlet down on the next power grab by the Washington elite.

Organizer Jack Biltis said he turned in more than 320,000 signatures. The next step will be for the Secretary of State to determine, after screening the petitions, if there are at least 259,213 valid names on the forms to allow the measure to go on the ballot.

Biltis, who said he has spent more than $1.2 million on the campaign so far, said it is time for Arizona to step up and reclaim its constitutional rights.

What we are seeing here is States and individual citizens reclaiming their rights under the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution. The Amendment reads:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

This is very straightforward and easy to understand. The problem is that the Federal Government has been ignoring this since the Roosevelt Administration. ((Franklin Delano Roosevelt)) The problems started when the Supreme Court, after being threatened ((Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937)) by FDR after they reversed so many New Deal laws ((The New Deal)), caved in and started abusing the Commerce Clause ((The Commerce Clause)) to allow the takeover of the states by the Federal Government ((Wickard v. Filburn)).

Since that decision, the Federal Government has used and abused the Commerce Clause to assert more and more control over the state governments as well as individuals. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ((PPACA, aka Obamacare)) may have been the last straw for most people.

In the last week I’ve seen calls for everything from Impeaching Roberts and the other 4 justices who made this decision to calls for a Constitutional Convention ((Constitutional Convention (United States) )) to secession and out right armed rebellion. Even I have been caught up in this calling for both the impeachment of the Roberts 5 as well as a Constitutional Convention. I haven’t taken the step of calling for armed rebellion, but I do know people who are thinking about it.

The SCoaMF and the NDSWP, along with their enablers across the aisle, (RINO’s) have finally pushed the people to far. The earliest responses to the overreach by the Federal Government was the formation of the Tea Party ((The Tea Party Patriots)) and their work to get rid of both Democrats and Republicans who “compromised) with them.

Thanks to their work, the Republicans regained control of the House of Representatives and reduced the NDSWP’s filibuster ((Filibuster in the United States Senate)) proof majority. Of course, as we know, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama used a questionable tactic to ram this POS through both the house and senate. They used a revenue bill since this can’t be blocked by a filibuster. A simple majority in the Senate would pass it. One of the questions about this method, now that Roberts declared Obamacare to be a tax is the constitutionality of it’s passage. All tax bills are required to be initiated in the house, not the senate.

Thanks to Obama and the Democrats, this country is split in a way that hasn’t been seen since the 1850’s. On one side you have those that produce nothing. On the other side you have the producers. (Also known as taxpayers) for decades, the left wing in this country has done everything it could to destroy what makes America great. They have ruined the public school system and looted the treasury to the extent that we now have a national debt closing in on $17 TRILLION dollars. This doesn’t include all the problems the states have, either through outright mismanagement or trying to deal with the unfunded mandates of the Federal Government.

The election in November will do one of two things. It will either lead to the restoration of our constitutional form of Government, or it will end the United States. There is no middle of the road. It will either be a number of states seceding or there will be violence. I don’t want to see either.

Remember in November!
