In the “Get my constituents killed” department
We have a bill put forth in the New Hampshire House of Representatives that is designed to increase the ability of criminals to commit crimes. The bill, NH HB135, was submitted by Representative Stephen Shurtleff, Democrat, Merrimack county district11, eliminates the right of a person who is legally where they have a right to be.
