How will banning Semi-Auto rifles prevent this?

Good day all. I just saw an interesting news story coming from the People’s Progressive Republic of San Francisco. It seems someone used an AK47 to shoot up a house. A moonbat who had moved to Wyoming started complaining about a bill that would allow guns on school property.
