Amnesty for illegals again

You know, I thought we had bludgeoned our opposition to any form of amnesty for criminal aliens back in 2007. How silly of me. Once again, the usual suspects are trying to ram an amnesty plan down our throats.

The usual suspects, besides that SCoaMF Obama are John McCain McVain, Lindsey Graham Grahmnesty, Upchuck Schumer, Dick Durbin “The Turban, Bob Menendez, Jeff Flake, Michael Bennet and a new face, Marco “Ship him back to Cuba” Rubio. This is pretty much the same group that tried to shove this down our throats the last time. Only the virtual destruction of the Congressional phone system due to call volume stopped it the last time.

This time, they have Il Douche, who never met anything he liked that got in his way, all set to ram through yet another amnesty bill with a path for these criminals to become citizens. The reasons why the morons want this are simple. For the Republicans in Name Only, they think it will mean Hispanics will like them and vote for them. For the Democrats, it will mean more welfare recipients who will vote to steal my money.

The Republicans on Capital Hill are utterly clueless about what this means. McCain and Graham have repeatedly shown that they are delusional in thinking this will “fix things. The Democrats, on the other hand, know that getting more ignorant voters will pretty much set them up as a the only party in office. (A Single Party state. Just what they’ve always. Of course, they’ve always liked Nazi’s and Communists)
Now there is an “Out” as it were on this path to citizenship. According to ABC News:

Obama’s proposal calls for a pathway to citizenship for many of the 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the U.S. The senators’ plan would grant “probationary legal status” immediately to eligible undocumented immigrants, but would not allow them to apply for permanent legal status, or a green card, until the border is deemed to be secure. Think of that as a trigger system.

A trigger that will never be pulled. There is no way in Hell the immigration system can absorb that many people. This means the background checks will be skipped and that “Provisional” nonsense will be worth nothing. Marco Rubio may be rethinking his agreement to this plan though. He’s giving himself an out on it.

The border-security-first plan, however, is essential to Republican senators who signed onto the Senate “Gang of Eight” deal.

“I will not be supporting any law that does not ensure that the enforcement things happen,” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), a member of the group, told conservative blogger Ed Morrissey on his web radio show. So, why now?

Since last November’s election, the senators have met five times in order to flesh out the plan, according to a Senate aide. That election, in which more than seven in 10 Latino voters supported President Barack Obama over his Republican opponent Mitt Romney, served as a tipping point on the issue of immigration, which has stalled on Capitol Hill for some time.

They supported Obama for one reason only. Money. They expect His Nibs, King Putt to give them all sorts of free money and toys. Obama, who has the economic sense of a 5 year old, can’t wait to giver them free Obamaphones. One of the big lies Democrats love to tell is that Americans support the idea of amnesty.

“First, Americans support it in poll after poll. Secondly, Latino voters expect it. Thirdly, Democrats want it. And fourth, Republicans need it,” Menendez said on ABC’s “This Week.”

Most Americans do NOT support rewarding these criminals. The Republicans are utter fools if they think this will benefit them. It didn’t the last time it was tried and it won’t now. Of course this won’t stop the idiots from trying again.

Now, we have two “plans” in the works. The first one is basically a rehash of the failed one from 2007 and is being pushed by the “Gang of Eight.”

Under the “Gang of Eight” plan, undocumented immigrants would be required to register with the federal government. Those without a criminal record would be eligible for “probationary legal status” if they pass a background check and pay fines and back taxes. The status would allow them to live and work legally in the U.S., but they would remain ineligible for federal benefits such as welfare of Medicaid.

If you believe any of that stuff about not being eligible for free government money, please report to the nearest Unicorn stable for a fresh supply of farts. Now Obama’s is even worse.

Obama’s plan is likely to include language that would allow same-sex bi-national couples to have the same rights as heterosexual couples, BuzzFeed and The Washington Post reported. Under current law, gays and lesbians who are married to U.S. citizens under state laws cannot obtain a green card. Obama’s plan would allow them a path to citizenship, but the issue is not mentioned in the Senate “Gang of Eight” proposal.

As noted by the Post, that language may anger Christian groups who have signaled they would support comprehensive immigration reform.

Do you really think Obama gives a damn about what the Christian groups think? He’s already in the process of demolishing the First Amendment right to practice your faith without government interference. (Obamacare abortion mandate)

Now all this is supposed to happen AFTER the border is secured. Only one small problem. The Democrats have absolutely no intention of securing our borders and never did. They want the country flooded with criminals so they can use them to secure absolute power. There is also another problem. Letting all these useless mouths into the country is going to add even more to the national debt. These are not highly skilled people, such as doctors, engineers, programmers, etc. No these are people who are barely literate in their own language, and don’t have any plans on improving themselves. They just want the free money the Democrats are promising them.

Now, as someone who has dealt with the immigration system, (My wife is an immigrant), I know what a disaster it is. It does need to be overhauled. (Forget this reform nonsense. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt from scratch) However, before we do ANYTHING else, we need to lock down the borders, even if that means putting land mines from one end to the other. As to this amnesty nonsense? Here’s my plan.

Leave the United States and return to the third world hellhole you came from and apply for a green card. Provided you broke no other laws, (Which is doubtful), you can come in then. Additionally, you WILL be required to learn English. I don’t expect you to be fluent, but you need to be functional. Reading and writing it will be required before you can get a license. For the spoken English, I will use the Teddy Roosevelt requirement. You have 5 years. If you can’t understand what people are saying to you, out you go. I do not have a problem setting up English as a second language schools for you either.

Mrs. Webmaster’s English was poor when she first came to America. We struggled and made use of am electronic dictionary. However, she went to a school and spent several years working and studying English. Within two years, she went to a driving school and took the class in ENGLISH! She applied for and took the required tests for her driving license in ENGLISH! She didn’t whine or make demands that people learn Chinese. She understood that she was living in America and that she had to understand what people were saying.

An aside.

I’ve heard Mrs. Webmaster on the phone, talking to her sister in Alabama, (Also a LEGAL alien who went through the process), and she was speaking “Chinglish.” In fact, I’ve heard her using, in one sentence, Mandarin, English, Spanish and French. (She didn’t know the word was French and was surprised at the fact)

Getting back to this amnesty nonsense, we all need to call the idiots on Capital Hill yet again and explain to them that NO, we do NOT want to allow criminal aliens into this country. Yes the Immigration system needs to be rebuilt, but not at the expense of our sovereignty and national identity. We need to stop pussyfooting around with these criminal aliens. When we catch them, no appeals. But them on the first plane back to their home country. If they come in again, execute them as spies. (Yes, I am serious and say we need to treat this as an invasion by a hostile force, nothing less) You need to call, write, email, telegram and visit the offices of these morons and tell them to kill this idea NOW! The fact that they are once again trying to ram this through is just another indication of their utter contempt for the people of the United States. Citizens, (Natural born and naturalized), and Legal Resident Aliens who obeyed our laws and came here legally. (Welcome aboard) I hope they decide to become U.S. Citizens. True Americans welcome lawful immigrants. They came to America, gave us the best of their cultures and joined ours, thereby making us stronger. The Criminal Aliens have no intention of assimilating and becoming Americans. They want us to be like them.

Lazy, good for nothing criminals.
