Janet Napolitano on Supreme Court?

If you want a horror story, consider who our senile, gaffe prone Vice-President thinks should be on the Supreme Court. He thinks that Janet Napolitano would be just peachy as a Supreme Court Justice.

Vice-President Joe Biden, who has never been right about anything, announced that he wants to see the former head of the Department of Homeland Security, (AKA, The American KGB), Janet Napolitano as the next justice put on the bench. Here are the terrifying details from CNN:

Vice President Joe Biden made it clear Friday how he feels about departing Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano.

“I think Janet Napolitano should be on the Supreme Court of the United States,” he said Friday morning at her going away ceremony. His statement was met with raucous applause by those attending, including current and former cabinet secretaries, law enforcement officials, and Attorney General Eric Holder.

Would you care to know why Janet Napolitano Incompetano is not fit to hold any office above janitor? Lets take a look at her stint as head of the DHS. To begin with, she considers military veterans, conservatives, constitutionalists and gun owners to be a far more dangerous threat to America then Al Qaeda and Islamic Fundamentalists. She was forced to apologize for that remark ((Fox News: Napolitano Apologizes for Offending Veterans After DHS Eyes Them for ‘Rightwing Extremism’)).

Then we have the TSA, better known as “Gropers “R” us,” who have yet to stop a single terrorist incident ((It’s the incompetence, stupid)). Prior to leaving the DHS, she was renowned for throwing open the borders and allowing anyone to cross over. Not only is she against securing the borders of the United States, she doesn’t even want to use that as a measuring stick in the coming Immigration reform illegal alien amnesty debate. According to USA Today:

Ask for her biggest disappointment after nearly five years heading the Department of Homeland Security, and Janet Napolitano mentions the failure of Congress so far to pass a comprehensive immigration bill.

For some opponents, she says, the argument that the U.S. border with Mexico needs to be more secure before moving ahead has become an excuse rather than a reason.

“We’ve driven the numbers down there to 40-year lows,” Napolitano said in an interview with USA TODAY’s Capital Download, a weekly video newsmaker series, saying critics “keep moving the goal posts” on what would constitute a border that was sufficiently secure. She has been deeply involved in the immigration debate as head of a department that includes both border patrol and immigration enforcement.

Ask Ms. Incompetano how many illegals were rounded up and shipped out, and you won’t get a straight answer. The fact of the matter is, she is a firm believer in open borders with nothing to stop criminal foreigners from coming here and gang raping 13 years old girls.

If Janet Incompetano were to be appointed to the USSC, she would issue ruling that would place all power in the hands of the state and for all intents and purposes finally end the Constitution of the United States once and for all. Now the good news is, she has about as much chance of getting on the bench as I do. She has a record of utter incompetence going back decades. Even if Slow Joe Biden were to push her as a nominee, and King Putt sent her up to the Senate, she would be torn to pieces in the hearings. Not even Harry Reid could get her through without a fight. And I mean fight, as in someone beating that blockhead into the floor.

Biden also wants to be president. His judgment has always been bad, and his advice ((Joe Biden’s tip for self-defense: Get a shotgun)) is a good way to go to prison ((Guy’s Shotgun Defense: Joe Biden Said I Could)) if you follow it. Biden will never be president and Napolitano will never be on the United States Supreme Court.
