Shut the government down?

Sounds like a great idea to me. Currently, the United States will no longer be able to spend any money in the next couple of days, unless a continuing resolution is passed. I’m not going to bother with a CR instead of a formal budget. We haven’t had one in four years, and this is due to Harry Reid.

We also have the problem of the National Enslavement Act, AKA, The Affordable Care Act, and more commonly known as Obamacare, kicking in the first of October. Last week the House of representatives sent over to the Senate a bill for a continuing resolution that funds the entire government with the exception of Obamacare. That was the big Ted Cruz sort of filibuster that pissed off RINO Peter King so much.

stupid_meter

Well, the CR without the funding for Obamacare was passed and then Sleazy Harry Reid reinserted the Obamacare funding and sent it back to the house. Now, in preparation for the inevitable cave in by the House RINO’s, they passed a new CR that postpones Obamacare for one more year. (Missing the point entirely) Now it’s back in the Senate and Reid is saying it’s Dead On Arrival.

This means that if, miracle of miracles, Boehner and the RINO’s don’t cave in, there will be no continuing resolution and the federal government will have to shut down. So what happens if the Federal government isn’t open for business? Well, they won’t be passing any more stupid regulations, they won’t have the money to spy on Americans and Obama won’t have the funds to go on any more vacations or golf games.

Works for me! Shut it down!

The only reason the politicians don’t want a government shut down is simple. First and foremost the Government class is utterly terrified that the slaves serfs voters might figure out they don’t need that huge, out of control, tyrannical bureaucracy and decide that they want it all shut down. If that happens, then the Government Class loses their phony baloney jobs. The Political Class will suddenly find out that they aren’t really that important and will be voted out or find themselves stripped of all their perks and special privileges. They absolutely can’t have that!

Another reason is that the loudmouth class as well as the “Free Stuff Army” will blame them for cutting off the welfare money. Since the Progressive Liberal Democrats control the media, it will be the Republicans getting dumped on. Since they, collectively, don’t have either spines or testicles, they live in terror that they will be blamed and voted out of office and actually have to get real jobs.

wambulance

Now there are a few Republicans who aren’t afraid of shutting the monster down and are fighting to actually protect the nation and the taxpayers. They aren’t afraid they will be blamed and really don’t care what the Obama Steno Pool has to say about them. Hopefully there are enough of them to tie this up for months. Personally, I think Boehner will once again cave in and let Obamacare take effect.

He and the others all remember the last time the government shut down. Pity what they remember isn’t what actually happened. The after effect was simple. The next election, the Republicans picked up seats. People saw that the world didn’t end. Of course, back then all we had was the Mostly Stupid Media and they lied outright about what actually happened. Now we have the Internet and sights like mine that will try and keep you informed about what is actually happening.

Gadsden_flag

In closing all I will say is:
SHUT IT DOWN! CLOSE THE DOORS! SEND THE POINTY HEADED BUREAUCRATS HOME! Once people see just how little these clowns actually do for the nation and just how much damage won’t be happening, we might actually see people like Dingy Harry Reid sent to the showers…In a maximum security prison.

Shut it down!
