Citizens for a really safe Ashland

Good day all. I recently saw a YouTube video of a town meeting in Ashland, Oregon. As I understand it, they were debating the usual Progressive Liberal plan on suppression of the constitutional rights of the people.

One resident testified about a new group he is creating called the “Citizens for a really safe Ashland.” His group has come up with a number of proposals to make Ashland, Oregon really safe “For the children.”

Obviously, this man, an immigrant, is on to something. The city of Ashcan Ashland MUST pass ALL of his suggested ordinances in order to have absolute safety and security. After all, it is “For the Children!”

In reality, the gentleman speaking was testifying against the Progressive Liberal Moonbat’s latest stupid idea. Here is what the YouTube poster wrote when he uploaded the video.

A citizen speaks to the City Council in opposition to a local “loaded carry” ban ordinance one of the Councilors has brought for consideration. No facts, figures, statistics, or other evidence of any existing problem has been presented by the sponsoring Councilor. She has however, made emotional pleas to “protect the children”, dropped the “Sandy Hook” tragedy as supporting gun regulation, and other such bullshit.

She actually said “I know there are statistics out there but I didn’t look them up”. WTF

Meanwhile, the Chief of Police has stated that the town has NEVER had an incident involving an open carrier. Hmmmmm no problem? Why an ordinance then? Oh yeah….to FEEL good.

Progressive Liberals run in two types. The utterly stupid Moonbats who just want to do things that make them feel good, never mind if it actually accomplishes anything, and the others who are closet totalitarians who think they should run every aspect of a persons life. Both are dangerous and the latter are as utterly evil as the Nazi’s or Communists.

Hats off to the gentleman in the video for using satire to demonstrate the utter cluelessness of the Moonbat who proposed banning people carying loaded guns, and a tip of the hat to OpenCarryUSMC for posting the video for all to see.
