National Health Insurance equals slavery?

1 SEC. 102. PROTECTING THE CHOICE TO KEEP CURRENT

2 COVERAGE.

3 (a) GRANDFATHERED HEALTH INSURANCE COV-

4 ERAGE DEFINED.–Subject to the succeeding provisions of

5 this section, for purposes of establishing acceptable cov-

6 erage under this division, the term grandfathered health

7 insurance coverage” means individual health insurance

8 coverage that is offered and in force and effect before the

9 first day of Y1 if the following conditions are met:

10 (1) LIMITATION ON NEW ENROLLMENT.–

11 (A) IN GENERAL.–Except as provided in

12 this paragraph, the individual health insurance

13 issuer offering such coverage does not enroll

14 any individual in such coverage if the first ef-

15 fective date of coverage is on or after the first

16 day of Y1.

17 (B) DEPENDENT COVERAGE PER-

18 MITTED.–Subparagraph (A) shall not affect

19 the subsequent enrollment of a dependent of an

20 individual who is covered as of such first day.

21 (2) LIMITATION ON CHANGES IN TERMS OR

22 CONDITIONS.–Subject to paragraph (3) and except

23 as required by law, the issuer does not change any

24 of its terms or conditions, including benefits and

25 cost-sharing, from those in effect as of the day be-

26 fore the first day of Y1.

So basically, your right to select your own means of getting health care will be seized from you by the benevolent government which is run by people who are so much better educated then you are.

HOGWASH!

These jumped up oligarchs don’t care about their constituents, the Constitution or for that matter anything but gaining and maintaining power and wealth. The Republican party is just as bad. While they do have a clue on what this pile of rotting snail manure will do to the country and to the people, they are collectively terrified that they might actually have to go back to earning an honest living. (If they ever did in the first place!)

In the end they will roll over and present their posteriors for yet another left-wing buttfucking. The ones who actually have principles are either retiring or expecting to be retired in the next election.

So what can you do about it? Call your representative and senators. Tell them that NO you will not allow them to destroy your health care system.

Make no bones about it, this will totally destroy the system. It is designed to kill people, not help them. Research and development will come to a halt. Politically connected “Special people” will get the finest medical care. (Gee, doesn’t that happen in places like Cuba, North Korea, the old USSR etc?)

I don’t know about you, but I can see where this will go if it’s imposed. Someone needing treatment they used to get under their private health plan is denied. They walk out and 15 minutes later walk back in and shoot the former DMV worker who transferred over  to the new Obamacare administration.

Think that won’t happen? Think again. Desperate people will do whatever they think they need to do in order to survive and especially to protect their children and loved ones.

The scum masquerading as our elected officials want nothing less then totalitarian power over the people of this country.  As far as they are concerned, we are their property and can be disposed of at will. (In an environmentally sound manner of course)

Between this fiasco, Card Check and the Cap&Tax system they want, the United States will quickly fall to third world status. Since these slimeballs in Washington now running this country hate the United States, having the greatest nation on Earth collapse is just hunky dory for them.

Do NOT let them get away with this. Use the system they created against them. Call their offices, Email them, send hard copy mail, and if possible visit their offices. Confront them if they are stupid enough to have “Town meetings with their constituents. And if all else fails, vote their crooked power mad asses out of office.
