Next under Obama’s bus? James Clapper!

Good day all. Last night King Putt granted 60 Minutes an Audience with The One. When asked how he could have gotten the threat from ISIS so utterly, totally and completely wrong, Der Fubar did what he does so well.

He tossed James Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence, (Now there’s an oxymoron if I ever saw one), along with the various intelligence services under his well used bus. According to Fox News, the Intelligence community isn’t happy about this.

One wouldn’t be surprised if President Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, woke up Monday morning checking for tire tracks after his boss effectively threw him under the bus for having “underestimated” the threat posed by the Islamic State militant group.

Thrown under the bus

Nope, one wouldn’t. In fact, it’s to be expected. After all, that SCoaMF can do no wrong. Just ask Il Douche. However, a funny thing happened on the way to the execution of the messenger.

But Obama’s remarks in a “60 Minutes” interview drew immediate objections from lawmakers and the intelligence community.

In the corporate world, you do not piss off the IT people. In the government world, you don’t run down the Intelligence services just to cover your ass.

In the interview, Obama was asked how the Islamic State was able to gain so much territory. “Our head of the intelligence community Jim Clapper has acknowledged that I think they underestimated what had been taking place in Syria,” the president said.

Varooom! And the wheels of Obama’s bus go “Thumpity thumpty thump.”

Clapper previously had admitted that U.S. analysts both underestimated the Islamic State, or ISIS, and “overestimated” the ability of the Iraqi army to fight them.

nothing to see here

Part of that is due to the blatant stupidity of the intelligence services in misdirecting their resources. Thanks to the politicization of senior managers, they have been busy spying on American citizens inside the United States and not doing their jobs, spying on our potential enemies. Still, they did see something starting to happen over in Syria with this group of goat shagging barbarians.

But sources say Obama nevertheless was looped in on the rise of ISIS for a while. A military intelligence official told Fox News that the Obama administration had options on the table to target senior leadership of ISIS — as well as the Al Qaeda-aligned Khorasan Group — in the 18 months leading up to the strikes in Syria which began last week.

don't confuse

Well there’s the mistake. They put all this in Obama’s inbox on his desk in the Oval office. We all know that he only goes in there to check his calendar for his next tee time and to take all those reports and toss them into the recycle bin. Actually read them AND make a decision? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

The official, who is familiar with the data collection, said the threat from ISIS and Khorasan was well-documented in the president’s daily brief for over a year, but the White House failed to act. The official said the intelligence community “pushed hard” to identify the leadership of both groups for targeting purposes and these options were presented to the president’s team — and “every option was denied.”

Well of course it was denied. If Der Fubar had actually made a decision in a timely matter, then he would be admitting that everything he has been saying in regards to Islamic terrorism for the last 5 years was an outright lie. (Which it was of course)

Don’t forget that Obama and his court of jesters have basically supported all the radical groups since day one. Now that their lies are coming back to bite them on their Progressive asses, they are looking put the blame on everyone else. The problem is, those others aren’t going to sit there and let the bus run over them.

Rep. Peter King, R-N.Y., also questioned the president’s comments on Monday. Speaking on MSNBC, he said he himself became aware of the threat in the summer of 2013. King said Obama “dropped the ball” and is trying to blame others.

man with head in the ground

That Standard Operating Procedure you putz, for the Obama regime. Of course, you’ve been backing King Putt’s abuse of the NSA and other agencies when it came to willfully violating the constitutional rights of American Citizens.

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., speaking on CNN, also said he’s “puzzled” by some of the president’s statements.

John McCain has been easily “puzzled” by many things over the years. One of which is which party he actually is a member of.

“The intelligence comments — intelligence people are pushing back hard,” McCain said. “We predicted this and watched it. It was like watching a train wreck and warning every step of the way that this was happening … It is a direct result of our failure to leave a residual force behind.”

Why don’t you just go “Cross the aisle” again and sit in a corner and be quiet, ‘kay? You had your chance and decided to put the D.C. cocktail circuit ahead of your constituents a long time ago. And of course, Obama blamed outgoing Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki for most of the problems.

Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki “squandered” that opportunity over roughly five years because he was “much more interested in consolidating his Shia base and very suspicious of the Sunnis and the Kurds, who make up the other two thirds of the country,” the president said.

Obama getting a 3am call

Al-Maliki did screw up by the numbers, but then if you had actually done your job, secured a Status of Forces agreement that would have provided security for Iraq while they got their act together, ISIS would probably have been hammered into the sand by now. But Noooo! You couldn’t wait to cut and run, and now we have a huge mess we need to clean up. Once again proving you are a SCoaMF Obama.

I suspect that the Intelligence community has just about had enough of Obama and his cronies making scapegoats out of them. Don’t be surprised if we start seeing interesting leaks coming out. Nothing that harms national security of course, but things that really embarrass Obama. Things that make him really look bad, possibly even making him look like wanted all these groups to take over. We shall see.
