The 2015 State of the Union address

Good day all. Tomorrow is the annual waste of time known as the State of the Union address. As usual, that SCoaMF, Barack Obama, will come out and lie through his teeth about the actual state of the Union.

Trust in Obama

As is the unfortunate tradition of these speeches, there will be very little relating the health of the United States of America, and more of usual tripe from King Putt. He is already announcing that he wants to continue with the PLFD tradition of taxing everything in existence. Here are the details on that from Fox News:

President Obama plans to call for billions in tax increases on top earners – including a hike in investment tax rates — in order to fund new tax credits and other measures the White House claims will help the middle class.

The most interesting man in the world on paying taxes

Which it won’t of course.

The president’s proposals, which also include eliminating a tax break on inheritances, are likely to be cheered by the Democratic Party’s liberal base when they are announced Tuesday night in his State of the Union address. However, the tax increases are all but certain to be non-starters with the new Republican majority on Capitol Hill.

dead rino

The inheritance tax is one of the, if not the most destructive forms of taxation we have. It was never about raising revenues to fund the necessary and constitutional functions of government. It was designed to steal the property of people who made something of themselves and wanted to pass it on. While Der Fubar and the PLFD’s will claim it’s meant to “Help the middle class,” what it will do is break them. Thanks to that other form of taxation known as inflation, a small business owner or someone who owns a bit of property, such as a farm, will find that they are now going to have to sell everything to pay the IRS…again.

Oh yes, this is a classic case of double taxation. First you pay the original taxes, then when you die, your estate gets hit with a massive tax bill, forcing your heirs to liquidate, (That means sell everything to those of you in Harvard), the estate. There will be very little left, and the properties and businesses will probably end up in the hands of some conglomerate that bribes members of the house and senate for special considerations. Basically, Mom and Pop spend decades building a business, and then Pop passes away and Mom has to sell the business and give all the money to the government. Yep, that’s a big help for the middle class now, isn’t it?

The centerpiece of the president’s tax proposal is an increase in the capital gains and dividends rate on couples making more than $500,000 per year to 28 percent, the same level as under President Ronald Reagan. The top capital gains rate has already been raised from 15 percent to 23.8 percent during Obama’s presidency.

Thrown under the bus

And if you have any investments, and a surprisingly large number of people do, (Including myself), in the eyes of the PLFD and their leader, Barack “Il Douche” Obama, you are rich and need to be punished. As to capital gains taxes? That is yet another form of double taxation. Dividends are a small share of the corporate profits and have already been taxed. One place that gets socked with these taxes are 401K and IRA accounts. We don’t see those taxes because they are part of the fees paid by the agencies managing them. Needless to say, the Idiot in Chief’s plans are not what the GOP has in mind.

While GOP leaders have said they share Obama’s desire to reform the nation’s complicated tax code, the party has opposed many of the proposals the president will outline Tuesday. For example, most Republicans want to lower or eliminate the capital gains tax and similarly want to end taxes on estates, not expand them.

Personally, I want to scrap the current tax code and start all over. The easiest way is a single tax rate, (I’ll use 10 percent for ease of calculation), with no deductions at all. Everyone knows, (Generally), what they will make that year and can simply put 10 percent aside, (In an interest bearing account), and then send it in at the end of the year. As for the IRA’s and 401K’s, along with other long term savings plans, those are taxed WHEN YOU USE THEM. Take the money from your IRA and pay 10 percent to the successors to the Infernal Revenue Service.

Oh, did I mention that the current IRS wouldn’t not be be needed? Since the tax code, at least for individuals, would be so simple, the need for enforcement from the jack booted thugs of the IRS will be reduced. Now if you want to add deductions, then the rate will go up. I would also end this nonsense called “The Tax Credit.” Pity Der Fubar wants to increase them.

Der Fubar

A credit of up to $500 for families in which both spouses work. The administration says 24 million couples would benefit from the proposal, which would apply to families with annual income up to $210,000.

Expanding the child care tax credit to up to $3,000 per child under age 5. The administration says the proposal would help more than 5 million families with the cost of child care.

bullshit-meter

So, you will take my money and then give me back my money? Or should I say a small amount of my money? I don’t think so Barry. You and your PLFD cronies have been trying to impose your socialist ideas on America for the last 8 years. (Since the PLFD’s took control of the house and senate in 2007) You have managed to run the economy right into the dumpster. Yes, you had some help from George Bush, but even he understood that you don’t kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. You not only killed it, you managed to burn it when you tried cooking it for dinner. You would think that two elections, 2010 and 2014, where the PFLD’s had their heads handed to them, would get your attention. Apparently, it hasn’t.

Obama’s call for higher taxes on the wealthy is likely to further antagonize Republicans who are already angry with the president over his vows to veto several of the party’s priorities, including legislation to approve construction of the Keystone XL oil pipeline, make changes to the president’s signature health care legislation and block his executive actions on immigration.

Republicans say Obama’s veto threats are a sign of a president who didn’t get the message from voters who relegated his party to minority status in the November election. New Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said the president still has a chance to change his tone.

BWAHAHAHAHA! Oh wait, you’re actually serious McConnell? Obama is a tyrant and it’s squishy, spineless bowls of jello like you and Crybaby Boehner that have been enabling him. Rather then try and seek “compromise,” why don’t you also take the lessons of the last two midterm elections and hammer that failure into the ground? That’s why you were elected you idiot, not to seek “Compromise” and “Accommodation,” but to stop Barack Obama before he utterly destroys this country.

DC-Jello

Let Obama spew his lies, then call him on them. Put forth alternatives that start restoring constitutional government. If you clowns keep on the way you’re going, you will also be out the door in 2017, and we will have President Shrillary. Obama has shown he either doesn’t understand the last election, or more likely, doesn’t care. What’s your excuse?

Obama and Boehner

I have no plans to watch the State of the Union address. I don’t want to have to replace my television and the lamp I’ll throw at it when the Liar in Chief starts his usual crap.

Obama truth

Thatisall
