Mitch “The Coward of the Country” McConnell preemptively surrenders to Obama

Good day all. Last week, the Coward McConnell announced that he will do whatever the PLFD’s want in order to avoid shutting down the country.

The Coward, who should have lost his primary, has managed to utterly destroy the results of the last election, and continues to work hard at rolling over, dropping his trousers and presenting his ass for Democratic sodomizing. Now he’s already caved in on the budget before he even had to. (Must have gotten a fresh supply of KY Jelly) Here are the details from Fox News:

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Sunday that the Republican-controlled Congress won’t allow the government to default as the Treasury Department quickly approaches its so-called “debt ceiling.” “I made it clear after November that we won’t shut down the government or default on debt,” the Kentucky Republican told CBS’ “Face the Nation.”

Ok, someone needs to smack this moron with a large blunt object. First off, if we don’t raise the debt ceiling, all it means is that we can’t borrow more money. We can only spend what comes in. Right now, we take in more then enough tax revenue to pay the interest on the debt and take care of constitutionally critical items like the National defense. Of course, Obama 1 might be grounded so no golf trips to Hawaii for a while.

McConnell’s promise came two days after Treasury Secretary Jack Lew told Capitol Hill that the government loses its authority after March 15 to borrow money to cover approved congressional spending and that his agency would have to resort to “extraordinary measures” as a short-term solution.

Extraordinary measures such as closing war memorials that frankly don’t cost the treasury anything. Oh, and doing every little thing they possibly can’ to make things hurt for Americans. You can bet your bottom dollar they won’t do anything that will inflict the slightest discomfort for the Political Class.

To be sure, McConnell acknowledged after winning a tough midterm election bid that voters were tired of an ineffective Congress that too often teetered on shutting down the government over bipartisan issues.

And as you might expect, the Coward of the Country utterly misunderstood what the voters wanted.

“I hear your concerns,” McConnell said in his victory speech.

“And I will ignore them you silly little peons!” Now this isn’t a crises that is going to happen next week. There is a lot of arcane tricks the Secretary of the Treasury, Jack “The Fixer” Lew is doing. Most of these would probably land anyone else in the private sector in prison I suspect.

The Congressional Budget Office, in a report last week, estimated that the various measures Lew can employ could put off the date the debt ceiling will have to be raised until October or November.

So why did The Coward McConnell announce almost a year in advance that he was all set to cave in to whatever King Putt and Dingy Harry Reid wanted? My guess is, outright insanity.

McConnell also told CBS on Sunday that Congress will handle the issue “over a period of months” and that he has a responsibility to work with President Obama, despite their political differences.

He also said he is “very optimistic” about potential compromises with Obama on some issues. “The American public wants us to look at what we can agree on,” McConnell said.

No you stupid idiot, compromising with that criminal is NOT what the American people want. Impeachment, imprisonment and utter humiliation is what a lot of us want. At the very least, forcing that tyrant to obey the laws and the constitution should be the first thing you are doing, not caving in months in advance.

While GOP lawmakers have given no indication when they will take up legislation to increase the debt ceiling, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi on Friday urged them to move quickly, warning that an unprecedented default by the government on its debt obligations would severely harm the economy by causing consumer and business interest rates to soar.

And once again, Nancy Pelosi is lying through her teeth. She has no clue how the economy works and as we observed during the nightmare years of her reign of error as the Speaker of the House, her first thought is always more power and money for the central government. We’ve already determined that there would be no default unless The SCoaMF, and “The Fixer” deliberately set out to do it.

“There is no reason that the Republican Congress should not act immediately to take the prospect of a catastrophic default off of the table,” she said in a statement. “Failure to act would have savage impacts on American families.”

Like Pelosi gives a tinkers damn about the American people. She detests having anything to do with the “Hoi Polloi” and sees the Average American as a money sheep to be shorn and herded, “For their own good.” As we learned the last time this happened, the PLFD’s are not interested in the United States. No, they are only interested in increasing their power and will do literally whatever it takes to gain absolute control over the lives of the average person.

That was the reason she and the rest of the PLFD’s in the house were blown out in the 2010 elections and why they were further reduced in 2014. What no one saw was the outright cowardice of Mitch McConnell. Someone needs to get in his face end “Explain” things to him.
