Good day all. In light of the recent attacks by Islamic Jihadists in France, and the fact that at least one of the terrorists came in as a refugee, people are demanding a halt to any further Syrian refugees into the United States.
Now to be perfectly clear, it isn’t the generic “Syrian Refugee” that is the problem, it’s the Muslim refugees people are worried about, primarily single men of military age. The non-Islamic refugees, people who really do have something to worry about, are welcome. (They aren’t interested in slaughtering people to further their religious beliefs)
The problem is Barack Obama. His regime has actually blocked the Christian refugees from the middle east and is letting in the Islamic ones instead. As we’ve seen primarily in Europe, and now starting here, these people not only are refusing to assimilate into American society, they are demanding we bow down to their system instead.
As of today, some 30+ governors, not all of the Republican, are telling King Putt to stop bringing in potential threats until they can be properly and fully vetted. Not only as that SCoaMF refused, he is refusing to tell the governors and state governments where he is stashing these people.
Now it’s starting to come to a head. In Tennessee, a top GOP lawmaker is demanding that the National Guard be activated and used to round up any of the refugees that ICE, (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), have snuck into the state. Here are the details from The Tennessean:
A top Tennessee Republican lawmaker believes the time has come for the National Guard to round up any Syrian refugees who have recently settled in the state and to stop any additional Syrian refugees from entering Tennessee.
“We need to activate the Tennessee National Guard and stop them from coming in to the state by whatever means we can,” said House GOP Caucus Chairman Glen Casada, R-Franklin, referencing refugees.
“I’m not worried about what a bureaucrat in D.C. or an unelected judge thinks. … We need to gather (Syrian refugees) up and politely take them back to the ICE center and say, ‘They’re not coming to Tennessee, they’re yours.’ “
This may seem a bit extreme, but consider the reasoning. We have just seen 130 people slaughters and hundreds more injured by Islamic Terrorists, and as mentioned before, at least one got into France as a refugee. Obama and his cronies aren’t even doing the most basic of security checks, and not only are they ignoring people’s concerns, they are accusing them of the old liberal standby, racism.
Other leading lawmakers may not have joined Casada’s call to send refugees to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but many of Tennessee’s GOP lawmakers at the state and federal level are looking at taking some form of action related to refugees in the U.S. after terrorist attacks in Paris killed at least 129 people and wounded hundreds more.
People are worried about a similar attack happening here. We know that the FBI is trying to track ISIS terrorists in all 50 states. Thanks to Obama, it’s a near certainty that there are Islamic terror cells in the United States that sneaked across the borders. In fact, in a story in the Daily Mail, the FBI has already arrested some 70 Muslims over the last 18 months planning ISIS style strikes.
US authorities have charged at least 66 men and women with ISIS-related terror plots on American soil – including a handful of refugees, Daily Mail Online can reveal. The terror group has set its sights on Washington, D.C. as it vows to further infiltrate the West and ramp up its blood-soaked offensive.
70 Muslim terrorists including a few “refugees.” And those idiots want to bring in up to 100,000 more? Not if the governors and various legislator have anything to say about it.
Casada was asked to elaborate on his proposal, and whether Tennessee had the authority to detain refugees. “Tennessee is a sovereign state. If the federal government is forsaking the obligation to protect our citizens, we need to act,” Casada said during a phone interview with The Tennessean on Tuesday.
Gov. Bill Haslam sent a letter to President Barack Obama on Tuesday formally asking him to stop sending Syrian refugees to Tennessee. Haslam spokesman David Smith said the governor joined other governors Tuesday on a conference call with White House officials, but Smith didn’t say whether there was any resolution. More than half of the nation’s governors have asked for federal officials to stop sending Syrian refugees to their states.
The only problem is that the states really don’t have a say in the matter legally. However, considering that Obama is the most corrupt and lawless president in American history, the Governors are beginning to take actions they never wanted to.
“I’m supportive of exhausting every potential option that would be available to the state. However, I have not heard any concrete ideas for legislation,” Harwell said. “This is an issue that is almost exclusively federal in nature, and I know many members are communicating their frustration with their congressional members.”
And that will be a complete waste of time. With few exceptions, the GOP members are spineless cowards and the Democrats are already fitting the female members with Burqa’s. (And the sad part is, the female members of the Progressive Liberal Fascist Democrat party seem to be good with this)
Still, Womick and Sen. Bill Ketron, R-Murfreesboro, suggested at least two possible legislative options. Womick wants lawmakers to consider taking back control of the state’s refugee resettlement program from Catholic Charities of Tennessee. Catholic Charities has run the Office for Refugees since 2008, but Womick thinks it would be better to have the program under the purview of the state, as it was before 2008.
I think this might be a good first step. Catholic Charities has already “misplaced” one Syrian refugee in Louisiana. According to Gateway Pundit:
At least one Syrian refugee that was in the process of resettling in the Baton Rouge area has already gone missing, according to a report by WBRZ.
We’re learning more details on the Syrian Refugee in Baton Rouge. Catholic Charities helped the refugee. However, we’re told the immigrant left after a few days, and Catholic Charities doesn’t know where he or she went. It’s not their job to track them.
Now the good news is that the refugee has been located, no thanks to Obama or the Catholic Charities.
Governor Jindal’s office contacted The Gateway Pundit this morning. The missing refugee turned up out of state. The governor’s office had to do the leg work on this. The spokesman said the feds were no help. State police located the missing Syrian and said he was placed with another family or Catholic Charities out of state.
It’s a shame that Governor Jindal has suspended his campaign for President, but he just wasn’t gaining any traction. Still, he’s signed an Executive Order preventing any more Syrian refugees into the state, not that it will do any good of course.
The problem for the states, as I mentioned before, is that immigration and refugees are a federal matter. However, we have a problem at the federal level in that we have a President who seems hell bent on importing Islamic Jihadists into the United States. As we’ve been seeing the for the last week, he is unable to admit that what happened in France was Islamic Terrorism. None of the PLFD’s have been able to say that. (Just watch the contortions Cankles and the other two in the last PLFD pretend debate went through not to say the obvious)
The chances of Paris, France style attack int the United States are approaching near certainty. When it happens, a number of things are going to occur in response. First, during the attacks, there is a chance you will see armed citizens firing back. This will drive the gun control fanatics nuts. In those areas where the terrorists ignore the gun free signs, you will see an absolute bloodbath surpassing Paris.
After all this happens, I would suspect you will see Obama accusing everyone but those actually responsible for the crime. This might actually lead to a bill of impeachment against him, and possibly Slow Joe Biden. (In his case, mental competence would be the reason) The next thing will be the general election in November. After an attack like this, and proof that it was Muslim terrorists, I suspect a general blowout of the Democrats from all levels of government.
Next will come the inevitable response by very angry Americans. Without a doubt, mosques will be torched. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if a few fellow travelers and their organizations weren’t flat out leveled. You will also see the states telling the Federal Government and the courts to shove their pronouncements, rulings and executive orders where the sun does not shine. They will take action and begin a general roundup, both to protect their own citizens as well as protecting those Muslims who aren’t actually a threat. (There are a couple I understand)
All in all, it would be a very bad time, and one that can be easily prevented. The problem is, those in a position to prevent any attacks are the very ones pretty much bringing in the attackers. All I can say to people, take all precautions to protect yourselves, your families and your neighbors. You aren’t going to get any help for Barack Obama and his minions.
