Good day all. As you know, Donald Trump and Megyn Kelly don’t get along very well. When the list of debate moderators for the next Fox hosted GOP debate came out. Megyn Kelly was listed as one of the questioners.
Donald Trump objected to this and suggested that Ms. Kelly was to biased to be an honest moderator, and that she should be replaced. Trump discussed not attending the debate and offered that Fox’s ratings would suffer. At this point he had not said that he would not do the debate, only that he was thinking about not doing it. Then Fox doubled down on Stupid and demonstrated their blatant bias against Trump with this press release.
“We learned from a secret back channel that the Ayatollah and Putin both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly when they meet with him if he becomes president — a nefarious source tells us that Trump has his own secret plan to replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers to see if he should even go to those meetings.”
With that, Trump said “Bye Bye” and will not be attending the debate in Iowa tonight. The Greate and Honorable Emperor Misha of the Anti-Idiotarian Rottweiler wrote a lengthy post titled “Fox walks into a trap.” Here’s how the Emperor explains what happened.
…and we laughed because hey, good one! And then we facepalmed.
Allow us to explain: Trump throws down gauntlet, suggesting that Kelly be removed. This is important. FOX says “no.” Now Trump is left with 1) leave debate, looking a bit like a butthurt whineypants or 2), show up anyway, having made his point and then proceeding to win the debate as he’s won the rest with his slick salesmanship. Don’t argue on that one. It doesn’t matter that we don’t like him all that much, as a matter of fact he makes us very uneasy, part of which is probably due to our European upbringing and consequent nervousness when it comes to slick talkers, but he has still completely swatted away his opponents in every single debate.
1) is the bad move, 2) is business as usual. We were fairly certain that he wasn’t going to go for 1) at that point. We’re done scraping egg off of our face just because of our personal bias.
But with that statement from FOX, they handed the game right the fuck back to him. Hence the facepalm. Obviously they’re not done basing their actions on personal bias rather than calm analysis. Why? Because that statement, hilarious as it was (and again, we laughed our arse off when we read it), they immediately immunized him from the “looking like a butthurt, whiny twat” factor and, more importantly, they fucking well proved his point, the drooling, incompetent fucktards.

Fox’s bias against Trump is rather obvious. You have people like George Will and Charles Krauthammer who have been for months that Trump is going to implode at any moment, shortly followed by a jump in the polls in trumps favor. Megyn Kelly is self explanatory, and I haven’t paid any attention to the others, although several of the hosts on The Five seem to be trying to be fair, with some exceptions.
Since this mess started, other reports have been coming out regarding Fox. One of these, reported on Breitbart, is that Fox owner, Rupert Murdoch is a proponent of open borders. Here’s what Breitbart had to say:
In asking the question of “what’s wrong over there?” Trump has shined a spotlight on one of Washington’s best kept secrets: namely, Fox’s role via its founder Rupert Murdoch in pushing an open borders agenda. The Trump campaign is a direct threat to Murdoch’s efforts to open America’s borders. Well-concealed from virtually all reporting on Fox’s treatment of Trump is the fact that Murdoch is the co-chair of what is arguably one of the most powerful immigration lobbying firms in country, the Partnership for a New American Economy (PNAE).
In addition to blanketing the country, media, and politicians with literature, advertisements, and a barrage of lobbyists pushing for open border immigration policies, the Partnership for A New American Economy (PNAE) was a prime lobbyist for one of the biggest open borders pushes in American history: Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) Gang of Eight immigration bill.
Nice going Fox. While the Progressive Liberal Fascists may attack the Fox network as a bunch of hardcore wingnuts, (The term used by moonbats in describing those with a conservative outlook), many people on the right have started to look at Fox and wonder if they aren’t slowly drifting into MSNBC territory. They have several flaming idiots, Geraldo Rivera and Juan Williams, both of whom are nothing more than shills for Obama and the Democrats, and then you have Bill O’Reilly who has proven himself to be a complete phony.
I’ve found myself walking away from Fox over the last few years. Something with them just didn’t seem right to me, and I think it started with Bill O’Reilly and the Fox management backing Geraldo Rivera when he threatened Michelle Malkin. Ms. Malkin walked when the network refused to sanction that loudmouthed, treasonous moron. (Rivera was embedded with front line troops at the start of Gulf War 2. He was kicked out of the country for violating operational security and broadcasting the attack plans hours before the attack began)
I’ve still not made my mind up on Trump. He does have a few positions that I really need to be addressed. However, Fox’s obvious bias, and ham handed attacks on Trump will only hurt Fox and their RINO backers. Trump may end up laughing all the way to the Oval Office.
