Good day all. We have another primary today, this one in Wisconsin. As to who will win on either side? Who Knows? We’ll have the results tonight or tomorrow. For the Democrats, it looks like Bernie Sanders is the favorite.
This doesn’t sit well with Barack Obama. He has been pushing Comrade Bernie to drop out of the race, even though he’s won the last five out of six elections. Comrade Bernie basically ignoring Obama and won’t leave the race. Here are a few detail from Fox News:
By this time of the presidential primary season, President Obama had expected to step forward to unify the Democratic Party behind Hillary Clinton and against her Republican adversary. At least, that was the plan.
Didn’t quite work out there for ya, did it Barky?
But Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders’ surge in primary wins and fund raising has instead pushed the president to the sidelines — and the self-described socialist senator couldn’t be happier.
Comrade Bernie is actually raising more money then Cankles and by a fair margin.
Despite pressure to call it quits, Sanders continues to be an undisputed fundraising machine. In February, he raised $43.5 million, according to filings to the Federal Election Commission – more than any other candidate in either party.
He’s also doing something else that Cankles isn’t. Winning elections. This has perturbed Der Fubar, who has been working behind the scenes to put a stop to the FBI investigation of Cankles criminal activities. That hasn’t been going so well either. Cankles is going to be questioned by the director of the FBI personally. As for Comrade Bernie? He’s showing just how a socialist does things, with other people’s money.
And as the money continues to flow, Sanders is showing no signs of slowing down, pledging instead to stay in the race through the July Democratic convention.
I don’t blame him. He’s screwing up the coronation plans of Queen Cankles.
If Sanders wins Wisconsin’s primary on Tuesday – as polls seem to indicate – the White House will once again have to recalibrate its strategy, delaying key unity rallies the Democratic Party had banked on to bring together its base.
Notice that Fox, for some reason, is ignoring the rather large elephant in the room? The potential for Hillary Clinton to be indicted. This also brings up another problem for Comrade Bernie. He can win every single remaining primary and caucus and he still won’t win the nomination. The whole thing was rigged from the very start.
While Sanders remains a force in the Democratic primary, a win in Wisconsin would do little to significantly cut into Clinton’s lead in delegates that will decide the party’s nomination.
That is due to all those “Super delegates” that are supporting Cankles. However, if Comrade Bernie does win most or all of the remaining races, OR, Hillary Clinton is criminally charged, then those self same delegate could then swing to Comrade Bernie and he might become the nominee. Then he will probably lose the general, unless the Party of Stupid lives down to their nickname and gives the nomination to anyone but Trump, or Cruz. As the late Bette Davis said in the movie All About Eve, “Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy night.”
