Good day all. The Progressive Liberal Democrats, (but I repeat myself), continue to beclown themselves in the Senate. It’s finally reached the point that one of the shrillest members of the Progressives, Senator Elizabeth Warren, (Liar-Massachusetts), was finally told she was out of order and to take her seat.
Senator Warren, or as she is better known as, Princess Lie-a-Watha, had been hammering on Senator Jeff Sessions as he is going through the process of being confirmed as the new Attorney General. Fauxahontas Warren, who is a classic hypocritical Moonbat, and a flat out liar, has been leading the charge to smear anyone who doesn’t think as she does. This has meant assaulting Senator Jeff Sessions. Finally, last night, the Republican had enough of her loud mouth and shut her down hard. Here are some of the details from Fox News:
Sen. Elizabeth Warren took to Facebook late Tuesday night to finish delivering her speech after being formally silenced on the Senate floor for quoting Coretta Scott King during her criticism of President Trump’s nominee for attorney general.
As I recall, that was a letter that King wrote 30+ years ago when Sessions was being looked at for a federal judgeship. It was a loud of crap then and it’s a bigger load of crap now.
The dramatic scene unfolded when the Massachusetts Democrat ran afoul of the chamber’s arcane rules– Rule XIX– by reading a three-decade-old letter from Dr. Martin Luther King’s widow that dated to Sen. Jeff Sessions’ failed judicial nomination three decades ago.
King wrote that when acting as a federal prosecutor, Sessions used his power to ‘‘chill the free exercise of the vote by black citizens.’’
And that has long since been show to be an outright lie. However, Big Chief Sitting Bullshit, who has a long history of fabrications, dissembling and outright lies, though that reading this manure into the record would be hunky dory. It didn’t work out that way.
Quoting King technically put Warren in violation of Senate rules for ‘‘impugning the motives’’ of Sessions, though the letter was written about 10 years before Sessions was elected to the Senate.
Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., called her formal silencing “totally unnecessary.”
I believe this statement comes under the heading of the Pot calling the Kettle black. Schumer has also been known to lie through his teeth about pretty much everything. Since he’s decided to follow the Harry Reid method of politics, he had better get used to getting shut down. As for “She who runs from lie detectors,” she continued her diatribe on Twitter and Facebook.
Though silenced, Warren later posted on Twitter that, “I will not be silent about a nominee for AG who has made derogatory & racist comments that have no place in our justice system.”
Warren has shown she is nothing more than a Progressive Elitist of the worst sort. She lied to get into the Senate, and has continued to lie and besmirch people from her position as a member of the Untied States Senate. In several instances, her antics have been compared to those used by “Tail Gunner” Joe McCarthy. Well, now she has just been slammed in the back of the head with a Cluebat.
Top Senate Republican Mitch McConnell invoked the rules. After a few parliamentary moves, the GOP-controlled Senate voted 49-to-43 to silence Warren. Warren is now forbidden from speaking again on Sessions’ nomination.
“She was warned. She was given an explanation. Nevertheless, she persisted,” McConnell said.
Lie-a-Watha is a typical Progressive. The rules do not apply to her. This is why she lied about her family history in order to get a job. (She claimed, and continues to do so that she she is part American Indian. She refuses to submit to a DNA test to confirm this)
Warren, 67, hasn’t ruled out a future White House run but has said she is focused on the 2018 senate race.
Yeah, about that. I’ll be writing up something about just how loved she is in Massachusetts these days shortly. Elizabeth Warren is why the Democrat Party is collapsing. Instead of working for the benefit of America, she is only interested in herself with the Democrat party coming in at a close second. It’s about time someone applied a liberal amount of duct tape to this obnoxious cow. I have little doubt that she’s going to put her foot in it again down the road.
