Good day all. Late this week, Republican Senate candidate judge Roy Moore was hit with an accusation that he “inappropriately” touched a 14 year old girl. This alleged incident occurred almost 40 years ago.
Almost instantly, the Republican Establishment wing of the Beltway Uniparty demanded that Judge Moore step aside. When I say almost instantly, it looks like the calls from the senior senatorial swamp dweller, Mitch McConnell, began before the ink was dry on the reports.
Now this story is still breaking and I’ve read a lot of conflicting reports. However, Judge Moore has denied that any such thing occurred. Additionally, I’ve also seen reports that the “accuser” was not 14 at the time of the alleged incident, but 17. I’ve also heard that she has a history of making such accusations, and the topper of all this, she is a Democrat working for Judge Moore’s opponent. Of course, as I just stated, this is a breaking story.
Since the story came out, the entire RINO wing of the GOP has demanded that Moore step aside for anyone else. However, under Alabama law, it’s to late to put anyone else on the ballot. This hasn’t stopped the RINO’s from doing all they can to hand this seat to the Democrats. The question you may be asking is, why would they do this?
The answer is simple. Judge Moore has been hammering Senate Majority Leader, (For now), Mitch “The Turtle” McConnell. He also pretty much supports President Trump’s agenda, which McConnell and Ryan despise. As for all the others demanding that Moore hand this seat to the Democrats? Not one of them seems to have done any investigation. They just hate Judge Moore as much as they hate President Trump.
Which brings me to just how familiar this all seems. This is almost identical to what happened to President Trump a few weeks before the November election. The infamous locker room recording of President Trump talking, off the record he thought, with a reporter about how you can grab a woman by a very crude term for a lady’s “Nether regions” that is also another name for a cat.
This also led to demands that Donald Trump step aside and that the GOP appoint a replacement candidate. The charge for this was led by, Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell with the able assistance of Senator Mike Lee. President Trump not only didn’t step aside, Which would have guaranteed Felonia von Pantsuit’s victory, he went on the offensive. As we have seen, he won.
With this story regarding Judge Moore, the RINO’s have quickly moved to destroy him, even faster then the Democrats. To begin with, according to the New York Slimes,
The Senate Republican campaign arm, which Mr. McConnell effectively oversees, withdrew Friday from a joint fund-raising agreement with Mr. Moore’s campaign. And Senators Mike Lee of Utah and Steve Daines of Montana rescinded their endorsements of the candidate.
As near as I can tell, none of these people even bothered to talk to Judge Moore to find out what was going on. They just decided it was better to give the seat to the Democrats, and insure their own personal privileges as members of the Senate, then determine the truth in the matter. Basically, they hate Judge Moore so much that losing the Senate to the Democrats is preferable then letting someone who actually cares about the country and the Constitution take a seat and help President Trump Make America Great Again.
On the flip side, a fair number of people are flat out not buying the accusations against Judge Moore. One very big reason is the length of time that has passed since the alleged incident occurred. There has been ample time for such accusations to come out in the past, including when Roy Moore was being vetted for his seat on the bench. One Alabama State Senator has even suggested that legal action be taken against the accusers. Here are a few details from The Cullman Times:
State Rep. Ed Henry lashed out at Roy Moore’s accusers and Republicans who said the U.S. Senate candidate should back out of the special election in an interview Thursday evening with The Times.
“The idea that accusations like this would stop his campaign is ludicrous. If this was a habit, like you’ve read with Bill Cosby and millions of dollars paid to settle cases and years of witnesses, that would be one thing,” Henry said. “You cannot tell me there hasn’t been an opportunity through the years to make these accusations with as many times as he’s (Moore) run (for office) and been in the news.
Henry said he believes legal action should be considered against Moore’s accusers, finding their story unbelievable.
“If they believe this man is predatory, they are guilty of allowing him to exist for 40 years. I think someone should prosecute and go after them. You can’t be a victim 40 years later, in my opinion,” Henry said.
I’m not going to get into what sort of legal action should be taken against these accusers, if any. However, there have been enough incidents in the past of flat out false accusations against men by women, and I do not mean mistaken identity, that it may be time to look into some way of punishing people who lie.
As we’ve been seeing for the last 6 weeks, there have been accusations flying all over the place in Hollyweird after it came out that Pervy Winestain had been assaulting up and coming actresses. I suspect that a few of these are nothing more then people seeing the bandwagon rolling by and deciding they wanted to jump on. This is going to cause a major mess. If even one of these accusers out in LaLa land is shown to be lying, it will damage the stories of those actually harmed.
What is happening against Judge Moore is no different. 40 YEARS have gone by and these women said nothing until it looked like Judge Moore was going to win? I smell a very large rat. Actually I smell a number of very large rats, and they all live inside the Beltway of Washington D.C. As always, the “72 hour rule” applies.
Judge Moore has the advantage that it’s another 4 weeks before the special election. If it comes out that he is a scumbag and did this, we can say goodbye to the GOP’s hold on the Senate. If he can show that these women are misrepresenting the facts, he deserves to win and win big.
As for all those backstabbing RINO’s in Washington? Every single one, irregardless of what the truth is with Judge Moore, should be primaried and forced out of government. They have shown just how loyal they are to their constituents, the Constitution and the Nation. In fact, it might be time to end the Republican Party altogether. As for the Democrats? The entire party should be hit with RICO charges just to start with.
