Good day all. Some of the fallout from the midterm elections was the election of the dumbest new Representative in a very long time, one Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, aka, Occasional Cortex.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who was dubbed Alexandria Occasional Cortex by noted author Michael Z. Williamson, likes to call herself a “Democrat Socialist.” What she is, is blindingly stupid. She managed to knock off the current holder of her district and essentially ran unopposed. (There was a Republican I think)
Ms. Occasional Cortex, (I believe Mad Mike dubbed her that due to her brain occasionally working), has serious issues with things like Mathematics and reality. Now that she has conned her way into office, certain realities are starting to sink in, like budgeting and finding a place to live. Here are some of the details from Fox News:
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who became the youngest woman elected to Congress Tuesday, said she cannot afford to rent an apartment in Washington, D.C., until her congressional salary kicks in. Ocasio-Cortez, 29, made national headlines after she defeated 10-term Rep. Joe Crowley in New York’s June primary, and will now represent the state’s 14th Congressional District. She told The New York Times that the transition period from now until she starts her job “will be very unusual, because I can’t really take a salary.”
“I have three months without a salary before I’m a member of Congress. So, how do I get an apartment? Those little things are very real,” Ocasio-Cortez told The New York Times.
How about this you dumb bimbo? Take out a short term loan, or negotiate a deal with your potential landlord. Or do you expect someone to just hand you a place to live because you’re so special?
She told the paper she saved up before she left her job as a bartender at a New York City restaurant.
Apparently by stealing the tips meant for others at her now former place of employment.
“We’re kind of just dealing with the logistics of it day by day, but I’ve really been just kind of squirreling away and then hoping that gets me to January,” she said.
After the story gained traction, Ocasio-Cortez tweeted about her apartment situation saying she was “working it out.”
“There are many little ways in which our electoral system isn’t ever designed [nor prepared] for working-class people to lead,” she tweeted. “This is one of them [don’t worry by the way – we’re working it out!]”
She will make $174,000 a year as a member of Congress, according to NBC Washington. A one-room bedroom apartment in Washington, D.C., on average, goes for about $2,170 a month, a report by Zumper stated.
This spoiled little brat probably expect the taxpayers to take care of her. She has known that the odds of her going to Washington were fairly good, considering her district is made up of people even dumber then she is. Instead, she was out their campaigning, making a total fool of herself and demonstrating that she is utterly unqualified to even work in a brothel. Welcome to the modern Democratic Party ladies and gentlemen. Oh wait! Did I just write something that offended all those other genders? GOOD!
