Good day all. Last week, the governor of Virginia, Ralph “Blackface” Northam, was called out for being a racist. Since then, he has managed to dig himself even deeper into the hole he has found himself in.
However, there are those who will do whatever it takes to protect the good name of the Democrat Party. (Ok, you can stop laughing now. I’m serious) In this case, our favorite source for fake news, CNN announced that the Democrat governor of Virginia was, in fact, a Racist Republican. Here are the details from Fox News:
The network that promotes the hashtag #FactsFirst — mislabeled embattled Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam as a Republican on Friday during a segment about the Democrat’s apology for his racist 1984 medical school yearbook photo.
The CNN chyron that mistakenly called Northam a Republican aired Friday during “Anderson Cooper 360,” the nightly show hosted by Anderson Cooper.
While the CNN chyron stated Northam’s party affiliation incorrectly, Cooper identified the Virginia governor’s political affiliation accurately prior to the error.
Well, I think I know what happened. Cooper was actually reporting a fact, that Northam was a standard Democrat, and whoever put up the chyron was trying to throw the blame on President Trump and the Republicans. Sadly, he neglected to get the update into Cooper’s TelePrompter so he reported the correct party.
Normally, when a Democrat gets caught with his hands in the cookie jar, so to speak, the Mostly Stupid Media will either not list the party affiliation, leading to a game of “Guess the party!” or bury it so deep that most people will miss it. This time, CNN tried to get the Governor to change parties, or at least wanted people to think it was a Republican. Nice try guys, better luck next time.
