Good day all. If President Trump has done nothing else, he has driven the Progressive totalitarian left bughouse nuts. The medical term is called “Trump Derangement Syndrome” and the primary symptom is a blind hatred of and belief in anything negative related to Donald J. Trump.
The basics of the syndrome were first seen during the George W. Bush administration. There were, to a lessor extent, sufferers of this during the Obama Administration, (ODS), primarily among those who believed that Obama was not actually an American Citizen and not eligible to be President.
When Donald Trump won the 2016 election, against all the predictions that the “Sainted” Felonia von Pantsuit was going to be the Next President, millions of people were suddenly struck down in a sudden epidemic of Trump Derangement Syndrome. Instead of trying to treat the symptoms of those afflicted, as was last seen used by the now defrocked Dr. Karl Rove, President Trump has decided to use this syndrome to his benefit.
In his latest bid to drive the left bonkers, (Not all that hard to do actually), President Trump announced that he would send all the illegal aliens to the so called “Sanctuary Cities” where all the progressives could then care for them. As you would expect, the Progressive Left promptly melted down. Here are some of the details from Fox News:
A scuttled White House proposal to release immigrant detainees in San Francisco and other sanctuary cities triggered a fierce backlash Friday from Democrats including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, whose office called the idea “despicable.”
The Washington Post first reported that the White House proposed sending the detainees to sanctuary cities, including Pelosi’s district, twice in the last six months. The proposal was first floated in November amid reports of a large migrant caravan from Central America making its way to the southern border. The idea was again considered in February, amid the standoff with Congress over a border wall.
“The extent of this Administration’s cynicism and cruelty cannot be overstated,” Pelosi spokeswoman Ashley Etienne said in a statement Friday. “Using human beings—including little children—as pawns in their warped game to perpetuate fear and demonize immigrants is despicable, and in some cases, criminal.”
She added: “The American people have resoundingly rejected this Administration’s toxic anti-immigrant policies, and Democrats will continue to advance immigration policies that keep us safe and honor our values.”
Actually, The American People have not rejected President Trump’s policies. The polls show that most people want illegals removed from the United States. The next interesting tidbit is how quickly the Progressives went into a full blown meltdown when they thought there was a chance that President Trump would order the release of Criminal Aliens into their neighborhoods. How dare he threaten to send all those dirty brown people into OUR neighborhoods! (That was sarcasm on my part)
Finally, the part about it being a “Scuttled idea” might not be accurate. President Trump has doubled down on the idea. According to another report from Fox News:
President Trump responded to reports Friday that his administration proposed releasing immigrant detainees in sanctuary cities by not only confirming the plan but saying it remains under “strong” consideration. Further, the president tweeted that relocating illegal immigrants to these districts should make the “Radical Left” happy.
The comments came after The Washington Post first reported that the White House proposed sending the detainees to sanctuary cities twice in the last six months. The Post said the plan was shot down both times. But on Friday, Trump signaled the proposal isn’t dead.
“Due to the fact that Democrats are unwilling to change our very dangerous immigration laws, we are indeed, as reported, giving strong considerations to placing Illegal Immigrants in Sanctuary Cities only,” Trump tweeted.
“The Radical Left always seems to have an Open Borders, Open Arms policy—so this should make them very happy!” he continued.
President Trump won’t actually release the Criminal aliens anywhere if he can avoid it. He wants them sent back to the Turd World Hellholes they came from. The story originally “reported” in the leading Fake News journal, the Washington ComPost, was just people in the administration “Spitballing” ideas and had no real intent of ever being carried out. However, since the Progressive Liberal Moonbats have no sense of humor, (One of the major symptoms of Trump Derangement Syndrome is the loss of the ability to laugh), they took this story as an actual plan that was on the verge of being implemented.
Because they actually believed that President Trump would do such a thing, release illegals into their neighborhoods, (Delusional behavior and thinking is another symptom of Trump Derangement Syndrome), they started panicking. If this “Policy” were carried out, they would actually have to provide aid and assistance to 10’s of thousands of people. Since Progressivism is all about “Feelz” and not about actually doing anything, it would show the world what most Americans in “Flyover country” already knew. That progressive Liberal Democrats are hypocrites.
What is actually happening is that President Trump, a master at deflection, has provided the Progressives something to rant, rave and foam at the mouth about. Meanwhile, President Trump will very quietly do something else that he wants to do. Since Moonbats tend to be incapable of multitasking, and can barely hold onto a single thought, giving them this distraction benefits President Trump as he continues his drive to Make America Great Again. We also get to enjoy, once again, Liberal heads exploding.
