Good day all. The Census is taken in the United States every ten years and is used to determine which states gained congressional seats, and which ones lost seats. Most people would think that the count is for American Citizens, since you have to be a citizen to legally vote. (Unless you’re voting Democrat of course)
Recently, the Census bureau was looking to find out the citizenship of the people it was counting, specifically if they were citizens, legal resident aliens or criminal aliens. Well, it seems that Progressive groups objected to asking your citizenship and sued. The reason being, and one they won’t admit to of course, was that they wanted all the illegal aliens…I mean Undocumented Immigrants counted.
Why? Because they could be used to increase the number of seats in the House of Representatives favoring the Democrat controlled states. Another factor is that the number of Electors, the people who actually chose the president, are based on the number of seats a state has in the House of Representatives.
Since the Democrats CommuNazis will literally do anything to win, the last thing they want is an honest, accurate census. Currently, the CommuNazi controlled “Blue” states are losing population as people vote with their feet and bolt form the massive levels of taxes, the near totalitarian regulations and sheer incompetence of the ruling elites. However, as the productive people leave, they are being replaced by illegal aliens.
Even though these criminals are not lawfully in the United States, let alone American citizens, the Progressive CommuNazis want them counted so they can keep or even increase the number of seats in the House of Representatives and, in their eyes, more importantly, the Electoral College.
So, since the CommuNazis can’t win in the legislature, they’ve fallen back on their preferred means of tyranny, the courts, and they have been judge shopping. They have gotten three federal judges to back their demands that criminal aliens be counted. Their is one thing all three of these judges have in common. What is that you ask?
Three Obama judges have ruled against the Trump administration regarding the census forms asking about citizenship. The first one, U.S. District Judge Jesse Furman, from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, issued an order to the Census bureau to stop working on the new forms if they included the citizenship question.
The “Plaintiffs” continued judge shopping and found another Obama judge in that bastion of conservatism, San Francisco. This moonbat, Judge Richard Seeborg, of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, also ruled against the Census question.
Because the Progressives wanted to have a nice set of wins before moving to the next level, they shopped around for yet another Obama judge, and found this one in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
This one, District Judge George Hazel, also ruled against the Census bureau. All three judges issued their rulings citing differing reasons. In Hazel’s case, he said the Trump Administration “Would infringe on the survey’s accuracy and violated the Administrative Procedure Act for the way the Trump administration added it to the census.” Seeborg ruling was even more blatant. He said that the question “Threatens the very foundation of our democratic system” because it would cause a significant undercount of immigrants and Latinos that could distort the distribution of congressional seats.
First, let’s take this racist’s remarks on “Latinos.” I am assuming he means American Citizens, born or naturalized, who’s ancestors came from south of the border. How about calling them what they are? Americans, because that is what they are. Americans with the right to vote, to run for office, to speak their minds, to assemble, to keep and bear arms.
Next we have lawful resident aliens, some of whom may be from south of the border. They have come to America in a lawful manner. They filed the appropriate paperwork, waited their turn, immigrated and have green cards. I hope they are assimilating and will one day take the oath and become Americans.
By the way, this racist judge managed to skip over all the other nationalities that have legally immigrated. You know, Germans, English, Poles, Romanians, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, etc. I guess they don’t count for this Obama judge.
No, what this two legged turd is referring to are the criminals who cross the border illegally. They, obviously, won’t fill out the census form, since they are not in the country legally. This means sending out census takers to physically “Count noses.” Since many of those who enter illegally tend to settle in CommuNazi controlled states, it’s to the benefit of those states to have them counted.
This is what it all boils down to. The destruction of the United States and securing absolute rule for the CommuNazi elite. If you ask the average American, or even the average lawful resident Alien whether or nor illegal aliens should be counted, most will say “Counted? What are they doing here in the first place? Throw them the Hell out now!
We may need to amend the Constitution, (For a number of things), regarding the Census. The founders of this great nation never envisioned the actions of a political party trying to use this most basic function to destroy the foundations of the country. The Census is mentioned in the 14th Amendment and was meant to cover the recently freed slaves. Interestingly, it states that Indians not taxed shall not be counted. This Amendment is one that needs to be rewritten and done so very carefully. The section on counting people by itself needs to be tightened up a bit.
Of course, the goal of the CommuNazis is to do away with the Constitution in it’s entirety, including the amendments that protect the rights of individuals to be free. They consider the Constitution to be the biggest impediment to their goals, recently enumerated in Representative Alexandria Occasional-Cortex’s “Green New Deal.” If you read that, and it is enacted, the Constitution, along with the United States, is a dead letter.
Since President Trump took office, he has been bedeviled by the courts, with one ruling after the other outright ignoring the law and the Constitution. Almost every single one of these ruling was issued by a judge who was appointed by Barack Obama or Bill Clinton. The Obama judges, such as the three issuing the rulings on the Census, were put in place to protect the CommuNazis, not the Constitution or the American people.
Now you can see why Mitch McCockless has finally started lowering the boom on the filibuster and other tools used by the CommuNazis to block the judges President Trump is nominating. They actually try to uphold the Constitution, unlike most CommuNazi judges who like legislating from the Bench and favor the state of the people.
With the “Blue Piddle” of 2018 only allowing the CommuNazis to take the House, (And that happened due to so many RINO’s and Never Trumpers quitting), and the Senate remaining in Republican hands, more true constitutional judges are being appointed. In fact, the Republicans gained seats in the Senate, negating the ability of the “RINO” sisters, (Susan Collins of Maine and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska), to cause trouble. 2020 is coming up and we need to continue reversing the near century of damage done to the Constitution by the Progressives of both parties, otherwise, it’s all over.
