And Sandmann Sues another Network

Good day all. The saga of Nick Sandmann and the Covington Catholic School continues. Young Mr. Sandmann’s attorneys have launched another 8 figure lawsuit against one of the MSM networks that slandered and libeled the young man and his friends.

For those who may not recall, especially since the Mostly Stupid Media, also known as the “CommuNazi Propaganda Service,” has done it’s best to flush it down the memory hole, Mr. Sandmann and his classmates were in Washington on field trip and were waiting for their bus to leave the area. Nick Sandmann had picked up a MAGA hat somewhere and was wearing it.

Another group of Antifa wannabes spotted Young Mr. Sandmann and went over to harass him and his classmates. This caught the teens off guard, and they really weren’t sure how to respond. One of the Moonbats was in Mr. Sandmann’s face banging on a drum and insulting him. Nick Sandmann’s response? It was the smirk that launched a thousand memes. He basically stood there and smiled at the protesters.

What happened next is why Nick Sandmann’s lawyers have, to date, launched a series of lawsuits aiming at recovering around three quarters of a BILLION dollars in damages. The latest target is NBC. Here are the details from Fox News:

Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann is suing NBCUniversal for a whopping $275 million over the media coverage he received earlier this year, his lawyer said Wednesday, (May 1st, 2019).

Sandmann was at the center of a viral controversy back in January, alongside reports suggesting that he and his classmates had initiated a confrontation with Native American elder Nathan Phillips outside the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C. Subsequent reporting and video evidence contradicted that version of events.

Basically, the MSM took some of the uploaded videos and edited them to make it look like Nick Sandmann and the others started the confrontation. Within hours of the initial reports, the full and complete videos, from several sources, had been uploaded or otherwise made available. One of the early problems was YouTube deliberately removing the full videos and keeping the edited ones. Don’t be surprised if YouTube is next on the target list of Nick Sandmann’s lawyers.

Sandmann’s attorney, Todd V. McMurty, announced the defamation suit against NBCUniversal.

NBCUniversal created a false narrative by portraying the ‘confrontation’ as a ‘hate crime’ committed by Nicholas,” the lawsuit read, saying Sandmann was “an easy target for NBCUniversal to advance its anti-Trump agenda because he was a 16-year-old white, Catholic student who had attended the Right to Life March that day and was wearing a MAGA cap at the time of the incident which he had purchased earlier in the day as a souvenir.”

This marks the third major lawsuit Sandmann’s legal team has launched. The team is also suing The Washington Post for $250 million as well as CNN for $275 million. McMurty previously suggested that The Associated Press and HBO could face similar lawsuits.

It’s not just major corporations that the lawyers are looking at. There are a number of individuals that are also in legal jeopardy. Many of the Hollyweird Elites attacked Sandmann and the others when the first videos came out. However, once the full videos were made available, and these moonbats could see what actually happened, most walked back their remarks and apologized.

Jaime Lee Curtis is an example of one of these people. She came down hard on these kids via twitter initially, but once she saw the full videos, she retracted her remarks and apologized. Because of this, McMurty is not going to go after her. Ms. Curtis admitted to being wrong and did the right thing. Others not only didn’t retract their remarks once the new information came out, they doubled down on their stupidity and now have legal targets on their backs. (All that’s needed is McMurty pulling the legal trigger)

The one hope the news agencies and corporations have, and it’s a slim one at best, is the Supreme Court ruling that famous people can’t sue unless there is malice involved when they are slandered or libeled. Since Nick Sandmann wasn’t a public figure prior to the assaults against him, the odds of that defense working are almost nonexistent. Personally, I hope the Sandmann Legal team wins and utterly destroys these corrupt Fake News agencies. Most of them are subsidiaries of big corporations and they will not look to kindly on having to pay out huge settlements or judgments. If Nick Sandmann’s team wins, expect to see a lot of major changes forced on organizations like NBC.
