Good day all. Attorney General William Barr has been quietly grinding away at the corrupt mess left behind by the Obama Administration, and his AG, Eric Holder. Holder, who is considered one of the most corrupt Attorneys General in decades, if not history, is feeling the heat and is lashing out.
Recently, he said that Attorney General Barr is “Paying the price” for actually doing his job. Here are the details from Fox News:
Former Attorney General Eric Holder told Fox News on Tuesday that current Attorney General Bill Barr “is paying a price” and sacrificing his credibility by spearheading U.S. Attorney John Durham’s ongoing probe into possible misconduct by the intelligence community at the outset of the Russia investigation.
We’ve already seen how the “Intelligence community” has been working hand in glove with the Democrats to get President Trump. Former CIA head John Brennan recently tweeted:
A reminder to federal officials: There is no limit on the number of individuals who can use the whistleblower statute. If you think you were involved in unlawful activity as a result of a directive from Mr. Trump or someone doing his bidding, now is the time to report it.
Brennan is one of the Deep State cabal that decided to Get Trump when he became the Republican Nominee in 2016. The information that has come out has led a number of legal minds to ask why he hasn’t been charged yet for any number of violations of the law. (I’ll let the legally trained look into what he should be charged with) As for Eric Holder? He then announced in a classic case of Projection that the Republicans will steal the 2020 election.
Holder also remarked separately that it was a “reality” that Republicans will “cheat” in the 2020 elections by trying to “move polling places” and “a whole variety of things” — prompting Republicans to dismiss his “outlandish and baseless accusations.”
This from the man who took a criminal case that was all but completed against the Black Panthers, a case where they were actually intimidating people voters outside of polling stations and flushed it right down the drain.
“The whole thing that the attorney general is involved in is highly unusual,” Holder said. “Ordering an investigation of our intelligence and law enforcement agencies when there was already an investigation underway by the inspector general.”
Holder seems to have forgotten that the Inspector General has no prosecutorial power and is limited in what he can do. The U.S. Attorney’s on the other hand, along with the Department of Justice prosecutors are far less limited. He also seems to have forgotten that he was one of the major reasons that the crimes and corruption of the Obama regime were so successfully buried. (Along with the bodies of hundreds of Mexican men, women and children and at least one federal agent)
Holder, who has previously described himself as President Obama’s “wingman,” continued: “And then to see how the president is now involved to help the attorney general in that effort gives me pause. I think the attorney general needs to be a little more sensitive to the appearance that that gives. You have to not only be substantively neutral — you have to appear to be neutral when you are the attorney general of the United States. And I fear that he has crossed a political line.”
Oh that’s rich, coming from him. You’re racism, and flagrant abuse of your office to protect Obama is well known. There is a reason you were held in contempt of Congress and in a bipartisan vote. In point of fact, this has been all above board and by the book. There is a treaty in place, signed under the Clinton Administration that allows for this sort of cooperation with the Ukraine.
“Mr. Durham is gathering information from numerous sources, including a number of foreign countries. At Attorney General Barr’s request, the President has contacted other countries to ask them to introduce the Attorney General and Mr. Durham to appropriate officials,” DOJ spokeswoman Kerri Kupec said in a statement.
Simply asking for assistance from a foreign government that may have information germane to an ongoing investigation is not “Pressuring” a government to cooperate. Compare that with what Slow Joe Biden proudly admitted to, threatening to withhold aid if the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating his son wasn’t fired and the investigation shut down.
Pressed on whether Durham’s investigation — which began back in May into alleged misconduct and improper surveillance of the Trump campaign in 2016, as well as whether Democrats were the ones who’d improperly colluded with foreign actors — rose to that level of significance, Holder said the probe was simply unnecessary.
“Again, the question I have for this new investigation is what does it do that the inspector general wasn’t already doing?” Holder asked. “It seems to be this is duplicative in a lot of ways. And I think kind of unnecessary. But, the attorney general has made that determination and I think is paying a price for it — both in terms of questioning whether he’s acting as the president’s lawyer as opposed to the attorney general, and then it has a negative impact on the Justice Department as well.”
Since you still seem to have forgotten the differences between an Inspector General investigation and the investigation by the United States Attorney, allow me to provide you with a lesson. The I.G. is investigating to see if there were potential criminal acts. Once he is done, he files a report and that’s that.
The U.S. Attorney also investigates, however he has a few more tools at his disposal. Things like a Grand Jury, the ability to seek warrants to search and seize documents and other evidence, and the power to issue arrest warrants. When he is done with his investigation, he then can arrest and try people. The Inspector General can’t.
Holder added: “I think when people of this country look at the Justice Department and think it is in some ways politicized, that has a negative long-term impact on the department. FBI agents have to testify in trials all around this country, and to the extent a person looks at an FBI agent and thinks that person serves in a politicized agency, that could make a person — a juror for instance — think the FBI agent is not telling the truth, in a way we traditionally have.”
And who’s fault is that scumbag? All give you a hint. You see the reason in the mirror every morning when you shave, dumbass. Holder was also asked about Groping Joe, the gaffe master and whether what he stated on camera he did wasn’t looked at.
“The question is: Is there a predicate?” Holder asked. “That’s how you do investigations. Is there a basis to think there was something that went wrong — some basis for us to order the investigative resources of the United States to be involved. … On the basis of what I know, it seems there is not that predicate.”
Predicate? You want predicate? I’ll give you predicate you moron!
Granted, Holder was out of office at this point, but do you really think he would have done anything to Joe Biden? Of course he wouldn’t unless his lord and master, Barack Obama told him to. The corruption of the DoJ under you and your successor, Loretta Lynch will take years to clean up. Now we have an A.G. who will do the job, unlike Sleepy Sessions, and it scares the crap out of you. Why? Some of the crimes you committed either don’t have a statute of limitations, or have a long time limit. Seeing you die in prison would make a lot of people very happy, including the family of a certain federal agent.
