Good day all. About 4 years ago, it came out that Felonia von Pantsuit had been running her own private and incredibly insecure email server in violation of regulations and the law. Worse, she was running classified information through it. Needless to say, that server was hacked, cracked and looted by everyone.
This led to an investigation. Felonia and her minions, along with her protectors in Congress, essentially whitewashed the entire thing and covered it up. The reason was simple. Felonia von Pantsuit was selected by the ruling elites to be the next President of the United States. Of course, a funny thing happened on the way to her coronation. She lost the election.
This led to the blind panic of the ruling elites as President Donald Trump took office. We’ve seen how the Democrats, with the aid of some of the RINO members of the Beltway Uniparty, have been trying to overturn the 2016 election. Sadly for them, we have actual honest brokers now and they’ve started looking at the previous administration, especially Felonia’s mail server. Here are the details from Fox News:
A State Department report into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server for government business, obtained by Fox News on Friday, found dozens of individuals at fault and hundreds of security violations.
The report summarized an administrative review of the handling of classified information relating to Clinton’s private email server used during her tenure as the nation’s highest-ranking diplomat between 2009 and 2013. The report, dated Sept. 13., was delivered to the office of Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa., who was chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee until last year.
The report reflected only approximately 30,000 emails that the State Department was able to physically review, and found 38 individuals were responsible for 91 violations. Another 497 violations were also found, although the report was not able to assign responsibility in those cases, in part because many of those involved had already left the department during the time it took to receive the emails and review them.
Now a little background here. Felonia and her minions, once they realized that they were screwed, began destroying all the evidence of her criminal activities. She and the others had been told to protect and preserve the server and any connected devices. Felonia’s people instead erased the hard drive and took a hammer to all the blackberry phones.
Unbeknownst to them, a pervert and former member of the House of Representatives was being arrested for being a pervert. He was married to Felonia’s chief aid. She had been backing up all of Felonia’s email to her home system, which she shared with her husband, the soon to be convicted pervert.
The local police confiscated the laptop to look for more evidence of the pervert’s activities. What the forensic Information Technology people found was a classic “Oh Fucking SHIT!” moment. All the missing emails from Felonia’s destroyed server had been located.
This forced the corrupt director of the FBI to reopen the previously buried case against Felonia. However, he was able to rebury it in a deeper hole a few days later. Then came President Trump whose people began digging into the recovered messages to see just how bad the security breaches were. From what I’ve seen, they were really bad.
The report described an investigation fraught with obstacles — including delays — employees who left the department and more than 30,000 deleted records.
Unlike Felonia, the DoJ couldn’t bleachbit the laptop. It was carefully preserved and ransacked. I understand that some of the information that was recovered, and be advised that, to my knowledge, this hasn’t been confirmed by official sources, was Top Secret, Compartmentalized. Basically take poison before reading.
That information should never have been on that compromised mail server, and frankly, the only way it could have was if someone deliberately copied messages from the government’s secure network, which has no access to the internet, over to the unsecured network that does have that access. It may have been transcribed messages, or pictures taken with smartphones of the computer monitor.
The department concluded that the use of a private email system “added an increased degree of risk of compromise, as a private system lacks the network monitoring and intrusion detection capabilities of [the] State Department.”
“While the use of a private email system itself did not necessarily increase the likelihood of classified information being transmitted on unclassified systems, those incidents which then resulted in the presence of classified information upon it carried an increased risk of compromise or inadvertent disclosure,” the report said.
Nice little dodge there fella’s. You damn well know that Felonia’s email server was compromised and those messages were being read by everyone.
However, while there were instances of classified information being introduced into an unclassified system, the report said that by and large the individuals interviewed “did their best” to implement security policies. There was no “persuasive evidence” of systemic, deliberate mishandling of classified information, according to the report.
Perhaps you should read the statute regarding espionage and the mishandling of classified information. Intent, regardless of what that crooked scumbag Comey said doesn’t matter. People have gone to prison for accidentally walking out with a piece of paper in their pockets, not realizing it until later.
In Felonia’s case, there were messages that were available ONLY on the secure internal government network. That network has no connection to the internet. For a message to get from that network and on to Felonia von Pantsuit’s mail server requires systemic and deliberate action. It’s time to start prosecuting Felonia von Pantsuit’s minions, and Felonia herself for that matter. Will it happen? Sadly, I doubt it. Of course, if Felonia does decide to do something stupid and enter the 2020 race? Who knows?
