Felonia von Pantsuit’s worst nightmare. Ordered to testify under oath

Good day all. No matter ho hard the Deep State tries to bury Felonia von Pantsuit’s illegal activities, they keep coming back to haunt her and them. Now, Felonia is under an order to give a deposition on her emails and her private mails server.

For those of you who, like all accused Progressives, can’t remember anything, Felonia von Pantsuit ran her own unsecured private email server while she was Secretary of State. When this was discovered, she ordered it wiped so that any incriminating emails would be destroyed. Unfortunately for Felonia, it didn’t work and most of the messages, including some highly classified ones that had no business being on an unsecured server, were recovered. Now she is being ordered to explain herself under oath. Here are the details from Fox News:

A federal judge Monday granted a request from conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch to have former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sit for a sworn deposition to answer questions about her use of a private email server to conduct government business.

Judicial Watch has been an absolute pain in the ass for the Deep State members of the Beltway Uniparty. They have found details that the FBI and DoJ missed. (Or never actually wanted to find) Felonia, of course, is trying to wiggle out of this order, but isn’t having much luck.

Clinton has argued that she has already answered questions about this and should not have to do so again — the matter did not result in any charges for the then-presidential candidate in 2016 after a high-profile investigation – but D.C. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth said in his ruling that her past responses left much to be desired.

Oh I love that remark, Felonia’s past responses leaving much to be desired? She flat out lied under oath repeatedly, along with her staffers and was allowed to skate because she was supposed to be the President right now. Funny how things worked out, isn’t it Felonia?

“As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clinton’s state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business,” Lamberth said.

Oh I can answer that one Judge. Felonia set up that server so she would have absolute control over it. Considering the corruption of the Clintons, (Uranium One, Benghazi, The Clinton Slush fund Foundation, etc), her mindset is simple. She wanted to be able to destroy the evidence of her criminal activities, which is exactly what she attempted to do.

The judge went on to recognize that while Clinton responded to written questions in a separate case, “those responses were either incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory at best. Simply put her responses left many more questions than answers.” Lamberth said that using written questions this time “will only muddle any understanding of Secretary Clinton’s state of mind and fail to capture the full picture, thus delaying the final disposition of this case even further.”

Delaying the case is exactly what Felonia von Pantsuit has in mind. While most of her criminal activities are now beyond the reach of the law, thanks to the Statute of Limitations, (Something Felonia truly admires and has used repeatedly. Think Rose Law Firm records), there are a few that might still be relevant. (Possibly the espionage statutes?) I think that Felonia is trying to stall things until she is safely dead and buried.

Lamberth even gave some examples of lingering questions about Clinton’s emails, such as how did she come to believe that her private emails would be preserved under normal State Department processes, who told her this and when, at what point did she learn department records management officials did not know about the server, “[a]nd why did she think that using a private server to conduct State Department business was permissible under the law in the first place?”

Judicial Watch, which initiated this case in 2014, is looking for information regarding whether Clinton used her private email server to intentionally get around the Freedom of Information Act, whether the State Department acted in bad faith when they tried to settle the case years ago, and whether the department had adequately looked for records in response to Judicial Watch’s initial FOIA request.

I think the safe answer would be, “Are you kidding me? Of course the State Department didn’t look very hard.”

Lamberth also granted Judicial Watch’s request to depose former Clinton chief of staff Cheryl Mills, IT specialist Paul Combetta who was involved in deleting Clinton’s emails, as well as Brett Gittleson and Yvette Jacks, who were State Department officials familiar with Clinton’s private email server.

As I recall, these people were all given immunity by the Corrupt James Comey. I know that Mills was, even though she should have been a target for the investigation. Combetta has been dodging this for years, and now it may be that he will be finally cornered and forced to answer some pointed questions.

As for Felonia actually having to testify under oath? This should be very interesting. To date, she’s never been required to sit for an interview or deposition while under oath. Felonia is a pathological liar, lying even when it would be to her benefit to tell the truth. Now, the lawyers from Judicial Watch will have the opportunity to walk Felonia right into a few perjury traps.

The only way for Felonia to avoid them is to claim that she doesn’t remember anything. This could lead to some interesting possibilities. First would be a flat out accusation that she is lying under oath. This could lead to criminal charges. Another possibility, if she claimed she couldn’t remember things, would be to force her into a competency hearing.

The worst case scenario for that would be that Felonia von Pantsuit is found not mentally competent to answer questions or to manage her own affairs, especially her financial interests. The court could then appoint a guardian for Felonia, who would have full access to everything. Oh Felonia, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive. I don’t see anything good coming out of this for Felonia. What a shame. (No, actually it isn’t)
