Good day all. There was some terrific news last week, well terrific if you are one of the people affected. The economy added another 1.4 million jobs, far more then were expected. This has made the Progressive Liberal Democrats angry, since they were counting on the devastation they caused with the Great Panicdemic of 2020 shutdown to blow back on President Trump.
The Lockdown initiated by most of the governors caused massive devastation. Most of the Republican governors, with the exception of a few RINO’s, have come to understand that the lockdown was an incredibly stupid idea and didn’t actually do what the “Experts” claimed it would do, and they’ve been reopening their states for business.
The Democrat Governors, especially Michigan’s Wretched Gretchen Whitmer, Andrew Cuomo, Gavin Newsom in Kalifornistan, Phil Murphy of New Jersey and Tom Wolf of Pennsylvania continue to prevent people from earning a living, to the point of arresting people.
Now that most of the states are reversing their truly bad idea, companies are bringing people back. This is good for the people, and great for President Trump. He’s the one who helped drive the unemployment levels, prior to the Great Panicdemic of 2020, to the lowest levels in decades, in spite of the attempts to stop him by the Globalists in the Uniparty. Here are the details from Fox Business:
The U.S. economy added 1.4 million jobs in August as the unemployment rate unexpectedly tumbled, indicating the nation’s labor market is continuing a slow but steady recovery from the coronavirus pandemic.
I love the fact that these “Experts” are continually surprised by how well the economy does under President Trump. Even when those SCoaMF governors crash it with their incompetence, it still comes back.
The Labor Department’s payroll report released Friday showed the jobless rate fell sharply to 8.4%, down from 10.2% in June and a peak of 14.7% in April. It marks the first time since March that unemployment has been below 10%.
This is still to damn high, and the blame for this can be laid right at the feet of the Democrat Governors.
Economists surveyed by Refinitiv expected the report to show that unemployment dropped to 9.8% and the economy added 1.4 million jobs. It’s well below the combined 7.5 million jobs added in May and June before hiring cooled in July, with growth of just 1.9 million positions.
“We are still moving in the right direction and the pace of the jobs recovery seems to have picked up, but it still looks like it will take a while – and likely a vaccine – before we get back close to where we were at the beginning of this year,” said Tony Bedikian, head of global markets at Citizens Bank. “We continue to be optimistic that the economy has turned a corner and that we’ll continue to see steady progress.”
Now if someone would tell the idiots on Wall Street. They can’t seem to handle good jobs news. The markets, which hit record territory last week have done another one of their pull backs and for no good reasons that I’ve been able to find.
Still, joblessness remains historically high. The unemployment rate sat at 3.5% in February, a half-century low, before the crisis began.
And who’s fault is that? If you listen to the Democrats, they will blame President Trump. He didn’t have anything to do with the lock down orders that wrecked the economy. That is totally on the heads of the Governors. In fact two or three governors didn’t lock down their states and, hey, guess what? They’re economies are roaring back even faster.
Over the past four months, the economy has added back about half of the 22 million jobs it lost during the pandemic, data show. There are still 11.5 million more out-of-work Americans than in February.
And if the governors will just get the Hell out of the way, we can get most of those jobs back by the end of the year.
The report comes amid a month-long deadlock between White House officials and Democratic leaders over another round of emergency relief for workers and businesses. Economists said the better-than-expected report should not reduce the urgency in Congress to approve more aid.
I’m of the opinion that we really don’t need it. In fact, we shouldn’t have needed the last package, and if it hadn’t been for the blind stupidity of to many people, both in government and in private businesses, the economy would still be doing pretty damn good. Still, this is great news for America, and lousy news for Joe Pleased Dementia Biden and Comrade Heels Up Harris. More jobs means more votes for President Trump and even their planned ballot box stuffing may not work.
