Good day all. It’s been a week since the Notoriously Dead Ruth Bader-Ginsburg assumed room temperature, and the Progressive Liberal Democrats started mainlining crazy juice. (Previously, they were just drinking it) President Trump has been reviewing RGB’s replacement and it looks like he has made his choice.

Judge Barrett was appointed to her current position as a United States Circuit Court Judge by President Trump in may of 2017. She has already gone through the confirmation process, with the usual suspects on the left, (Comrade Dianne Feinstein, representing the Chinese Communist party), showing their bigoted attitude toward Judge Barrett’s religious beliefs. She was approved and assumed her judgeship in November of 2017.
Associate Justice Bader-Ginsburg has had her obituary on hold for the better part of a decade. She was a reliable vote for the Progressive Liberal Elite’s view of the Constitution. (They hate it and so did RGB) Judge Barrett, (No relation it seems to the manufacturer of the .50 Barrett Rifle), was selected originally for her constructionist views of the constitution. Basically, she read the constitution, the amendments, the federalist papers and understand that the constitution means what it says.
This differs from the views of the Progressive Liberal Barking Moonbats. They believe that the constitution is an antiquated document that has no bearing on the modern world, and appoint judges that agree with this sentiment. Their view is that the government should be supreme and that individuals have no rights, only privileges. (This is a bit of an extreme view on my part, but not by much)
With the appointment of Judge Barrett to the Supreme Court, and considering her youth, the balance will be firmly tipped in favor of the Constitution saying what it means and meaning what it says. She won’t find “Hidden meanings” in the document to give the government more powers then they really should have. (The constitution was meant to restrict the Government, not empower it)
Now the fight begins. Here isn’t much doubt that Judge Barrett will be the next associate supreme court justice. The question is, just how badly are the Democrats on the senate Judicial Committee going to be-clown themselves. They already tried to derail her when she first appeared in 2017. If they try to rehash all their original bigoted, anti-Catholic rantings, it will blow up in their faces.
Currently, the Progressive Liberal Democrats are demanding that no appointment be made until President Harris Biden takes office in 2021. The fact that they assume that President Trump is going to lose his reelection should tell you two tings. First, that the Democrats are living in a fantasy world, or second, that they are hard at work to steal the election and are rigging the votes even as we speak.
The Democrats have, for decades, used the courts as their own “Super Legislature,” having them force their progressive views on the majorities of people who voted to not accept them. Now that the Notoriously Dead RGB is gone, and chose to croak and an inopportune moment, they are going absolutely apeshit.
I haven’t studied anything about Judge Barrett’s rulings since she was appointed to her current position, but that is what she should be judged on by the committee. One of the questions will be how she will rule on certain issues, the big one being abortion. With 7 kids, it’s a safe bet that Judge Barrett is probably not a fan of abortion. However, if she sticks to the constructionist view, then she might rule to continue it, or possibly do what should have been done in the first place, put it back to the states to regulate. Who knows? My views are known. Make abortion obsolete and the entire problem goes away.
Another major ruling could be the 2nd Amendment. Progressive Liberal Democrats absolutely HATE the 2nd Amendment and do everything they can to ignore it. Both Dementia Joe and Heels Up Harris are on record as saying they would begin a program of confiscation. With the right sort of case being brought before the Court, it’s entirely possible the entire framework used by Gun Control advocates could be overturned.
Considering that today it’s almost impossible to buy guns and ammunition these days, not so much due to the unconstitutional restrictions in some states, but due to everyone buying them, many who are first time buyers. We can thank the actions of Antifa and BCLM, (Black Communist Lives, (and no one else’s), Matter), and the promises by the Democrats to start seizing them from the citizens, gun and ammunition sales are through the roof.
The next big case could be the latest challenge to Obamacare. Thanks to that statist scumbag, John Roberts, Obamacare is still around. Now that a central part of the ruling he made is no longer valid, there is a challenge working it’s way to the Supreme Court. A Justices Barrett, being a constructionist, will see that it is unconstitutional and throw the whole thing out, once and for all. (President Trump is already preparing for this with plans for legislation that will fix the issues that Obamacare made worse)
It looks like that the Senate is going to begin the hearings in a week or so, and get the confirmation done before election day. The Democrats are screaming bloody blue murder over this, but no one is sympathizing with them. They were the ones who changed the rules that Senate majority leader McConnell is now operating under. (They never thought they would lose control of the Senate) So by November 2nd, 2020, The Soviet side of the court will be rendered moot, and John Roberts will be effectively neutered. Perhaps we will finally start seeing the return of a constitutional government instead of this bureaucratic nightmare we now have.
