Good day all. Tuesday, December 8^th, I wrote a post commenting on the State of Texas filing a suit against the states of Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia regarding the blatant theft of the Presidential election by the Democrats.

In the two days since they filed their suit, which is going directly to the Supreme Court, (Not passing go, not collecting $200 and bypassing the Deep State and Obama judges), 17 other states have joined with Texas asking the United States Supreme Court for a ruling that will force the states to abide by their own laws and constitutions.

There have been any number of internet lawyers, (Who were asking people if they wanted fries with their order Monday), saying that Texas has no case and that this is a waste of time. Furthermore, President Trump and Vice President Pence should just step down now and select the cells they will be put into once the Democrats take over and do away with the Constitution. (Yeah, that was a bit of hyperbole, but not by much)

There have also been a few hard left lawyers, people who somehow managed to pass their state’s bar exam, who have also chimed in. From what I’ve been reading, these people may not have actually read the legal filing that Texas submitted or the actual Constitution of the United States. (Never mind the constitutions and laws of the states being sued by Texas)

Now an actual lawyer who has read the filing and reviewed the information has posted a video of what this is all about. He explains the entire case in terms that a layman can follow. (Which leaves out Progressives, Liberals and Moonbats. They’re layabouts, not laymen) Here is his video explination:

An aside. Recently, Youtube announced that it was going to censor any videos that made any remarks regarding the stolen election. There is a very good chance that this video may fall victim to YouTube’s denial of freedom of speech they disagree with. If this happens, there is a copy of this video on Rumble.

I believe that the accused states have been ordered by the Supreme Court to respond by today. I also have little doubt that Chief Justice, (of the Deep State Uniparty), John Roberts is looking for a change of underwear. He might have been able to broom this case if it was just Texas, (however that probably would make things worse), but with the other states joining in, he’s actually going to have to do his job…for once.

Also, the Supreme Court likes their precedence, and while I am not a lawyer, I think the Bush verse Gore case in 2000 might be applicable. This was the court ordering the State of Florida to actually follow their own election laws. Whatever happens, this election will forever be known as the most corrupt presidential election since 1960 election was stolen from Nixon.
