St. Louis City Attorney thrown off McCloskey Case

Good day all. It’s been a while since we heard anything regarding the McCloskey Saga. These are the two people who, when confronted by BCLOM terrorists trespassing in their neighborhood, stood outside with firearms to defend their property from looting and burning.

Because the couple had the temerity to actually defend themselves, the utterly corrupt City Attorney, (The name for district attorney in Saint Louis), had them arrested on trumped up charges. The last thing I heard was that they were also being charged with tampering with evidence. This was in regards to the pistol Mrs. McCloskey was waving around.

That pistol had been disabled by the McCloskeys for a court case they were involved in. The pistol was needed, and they rendered it inoperable in order to bring it into the court room. The assistant City Attorney had the forensics export who found the pistol inoperable return it to an operating condition. (In other words, the ACA tampered with the evidence)

Well, the latest news is that the entire City Attorney’s office has been removed from the case. Here are the details from MSN:

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has been dismissed as the prosecutor in the case against Mark and Patricia McCloskey, according to court records. The McCloskeys had previously filed a motion to remove Gardner and her office from the case, citing fundraising emails Gardner sent during her re-election campaign that mentioned the McCloskeys.

In those emails, Gardner mentioned the criticisms of her office made by President Donald Trump and Governor Mike Parson, saying they were “fighting for the two who pointed guns at citizens during the Black Lives Matter protests.”

Kim Gardner managed to be reelected. She is also a crook, and I’ve read that the state Attorney general’s office has been investigating her. That she would use this case, which has yet to go to trial, as a means to get reelected, is typical of her. Everything I’ve read indicates that she is incompetent, and has been protecting criminals and punishing people such as the McCloskeys who had the temerity to defend themselves. According to the Washington Times:

Circuit Judge Thomas Clark II dismissed Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, citing two campaign fundraising emails around the time she filed felony gun charges against the couple in July.

In short, the Circuit Attorney’s conduct raises the appearance that she initiated a criminal prosecution for political purposes,” Clark wrote.

The order applies only to Mark McCloskey and not his wife, Patricia, who faces the same charges. Attorneys for the couple are expected to ask that the ruling apply to Patricia McCloskey’s case, too.

I’m actually surprised that the order was just for Mr. McCloskey, since both were charged with the same things. However, if this ever does get to a courtroom and if, by some miscarriage of Justice, the McCloskey’s are convicted, the Governor has already stated he will pardon them. The Attorney general has been working to get the charges dismissed since what the McCloskey’s did was covered under the various self defense laws in the state of Missouri.

As for Kim Gardner? Besides being incompetent and a crook, she is also one of the Soros District Attorneys. These are people that George Soros has been bankrolling with the goal of destroying the United States. The Soros DA’s and AG’s generally won’t prosecute criminals but will go after generally law abiding people who fight back against criminals. The McCloskey prosecution is a case in point.

Well, with Garner’s office being dismissed from the case, and the probability of a special prosecutor being appointed to take over, the odds of this case being dismissed have increased significantly. All that remains will be the removal from office and criminal prosecution of Kim Gardner, the sooner the better.
