Judge Emmet Sullivan doesn’t know what a full pardon means

Good day all. When the Greatest President of the 21st Century, Donald J. Trump, issued a full and complete pardon to General Flynn, it put an end to the Flynn Affair. Unfortunately, it appears that Judge Emmet Sullivan skipped that class in Law School.

Sullivan has decided he is going to ignore the pardon and proceed with the case. Here are the details from the Washington Examiner:

A federal judge appeared to give a long list of outside groups who previously weighed in on the Justice Department’s motion to drop the case against retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn permission to submit briefs again after President Trump issued a pardon.

The schedule indicates the judge, Emmet Sullivan, may stall on dismissing the case even after President Trump granted his former national security adviser a full pardon late last month. Appearing to ignore the Justice Department’s request for the case “immediately” to be dismissed, the judge, who has been involved in the Flynn case since December 2017, instead seemed to move forward with further debate, with the district court docket on Monday showing more than a dozen groups who had previously filed amicus briefs related to the dismissal might now be able to weigh in in the wake of the pardon.

Doesn’t this moron understand that with a full presidential pardon, this case is now over? These briefs have no meaning other then Sullivan showing that he is to incompetent to remain on the bench.

More than a dozen such friend-of-the-court judicial orders from Sullivan were dated for Monday.

The President granted General Flynn ‘a full and unconditional pardon’ for (1) the charge of making false statements to Federal investigators … (2) any and all possible offenses arising from the facts set forth in the Information and Statement of Offense … (3) any and all possible offenses within the investigatory authority or jurisdiction of the Special Counsel … and (4) any and all possible offenses arising out of facts and circumstances … related to the investigation of the Special Counsel,” the Justice Department told the court at the end of November, adding that “no further proceedings are necessary or appropriate, as the Court must immediately dismiss the case with prejudice.”

To which Judge Moonbat Sullivan emulated a comic book character and announced that “I AM…THE LAW!”

Sullivan’s granting of the friend-of-the-court filings instead of just dismissing the case suggests he may drag the proceedings out until President-elect Joe Biden takes office and beyond.

I’m wondering if General Flynn, who is now a free man, no thanks to this walking diaper stain, may have grounds for a civil suit against Sullivan?

On Friday, fellow U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton, who is handling a Freedom of Information Act case related to special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, opined that Sullivan might choose to scrutinize Flynn’s pardon. Walton said he didn’t believe Sullivan “has a lot of options in reference to what he does … unless he takes the position that the wording of the pardon is too broad,” according to the National Law Journal, adding, “theoretically, the decision could be reached because the wording in the pardon seems to be very, very broad. It could be construed, I think, as extending protections against criminal prosecutions after the date the pardon was issued.”

So what? Sullivan has been abusing his position since day one of his taking on this case. He went on a tirade and accused General Flynn of Treason. (Something else that Sullivan missed in law School, which is what Treason actually is according to the Constitution) He should have been summarily removed from the case after that outburst. The only reason he wasn’t was the incompetence of General Flynn’s original legal team. (I’m being kind when I say incompetent. Working with the Prosecution would also seem to be the case)

Flynn told the court in January that he was “innocent of this crime” and filed to withdraw his guilty plea. The Justice Department later moved to drop the charges in May, following a deep-dive review by U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri Jeffrey Jensen. The DOJ said that “continued prosecution of this case would not serve the interests of justice.”

Sullivan isn’t interested in Justice or the Rule of Law. Only in fulfilling his role as Grand Inquisitor and his part in the coup attempt against President Trump. Once the Department of Justice said they were dropping the case, that should have been it. Instead, Sullivan decided he was in charge and he would do as he wanted, and what he wanted to do was throw General Flynn into prison.

Instead, Sullivan, an appointee of President Bill Clinton, appointed retired New York judge John Gleeson to present arguments in opposition to the Justice Department’s motion and to explore whether Flynn should be charged with perjury or contempt.

Which was totally illegal. Sullivan, in his arrogance, forgot that it is the administrative branch of the government that chooses to bring or drop criminal cases, NOT the judicial branch. The only exception is if a judge issues a ruling to drop a prosecution. They certainly have no power to initiate criminal proceedings without the agreement of the prosecution. When the Department of Justice chose to drop the charges against General Flynn, that was it.

Flynn’s lawyers, led by Sidney Powell since last summer, argued in October that Sullivan’s “increasingly hostile and unprecedented words and deeds in what has become his own prosecution of General Flynn mandate his disqualification.” Acting Solicitor General Jeff Wall said in August that the Justice Department “reluctantly” believed that Sullivan might need to be removed because he seemed to have “prejudged” some of the questions in the case.

And with this latest bit of nonsense, the time has come to remove him, both from the case, which is over, and from the bench. I think what Sullivan is trying to do is find any way he can continue the case and throw General Flynn into prison. His complete ethical failure should be all that is needed to remove him. Sadly, if the Great Election Theft of 2020 succeeds, you can bet Sullivan will be doing more of this sort of thing. He is the exact type of judge the Progressive Liberal Democratic CommuNazis want.

***UPDATE***

No sooner then I finished writing this post then news came out that Judge Emmet Sullivan had finally seen the light. He has announced that the case is now formally dismissed. Here are the details from The Post Millennial:

The lawsuit against Gen. Michael Flynn has been dropped. Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered that the case be “dismissed as moot.” There was little standing once President Trump issued a pardon to Flynn.

AG Bill Barr’s Department of Justice filed a motion for the case to be dismissed. Sullivan considered that motion, but once the pardon was in for Flynn, he dropped the case. Sullivan begrudgingly noted the pardon.

Talk about sour grapes. This case against General Flynn was a travesty from the get go. The only reason that President Trump issued the pardon was to protect General Flynn in case the Great Election Theft of 2020 succeeds and Dementia Joe Biden slimes his way into office. Without a question, they would have reversed the decision and sent General Flynn to a modern day Devil’s Island ala Captain Alfred Dreyfus.

The United States Department of Justice announced that it intended to drop all charges against Flynn on May 7, 2020. Federal district judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled the matter to be placed on hold. After Flynn was pardoned, Sullivan had no choice but to the let the case drop.

And Sullivan made sure everyone knew that he was unhappy that the Deep State’s plot to railroad General Flynn was over, and he was fully prepared to do whatever he could to complete the orders from the Obama Regime.

In late 2017, Flynn agreed to partake in the investigation and formalized a deal with Special Counsel Robert Mueller to plead guilty to a felony count of “willfully and knowingly” making false statements to the FBI. However, it is widely believed that he was railroaded and that the allegations were entirely manufactured to hurt the Trump administration.

It’s since come out that the Mueller Inquisitors flat out threatened Flynn’s family. Flynn only agreed to give up and plead out to a fake charge to protect them. It’s now, finally and truly over. Now we need to figure out a way to get Sullivan for his abuse of the Rule of Law. I honestly don’t know if there is any legal remedy, but there damn well should be.
