Good day all. With everything else that’s been going on, Iran’s chief source of intelligence, John Forbes “Ketchup Boi” Kerry’s spying for them as slipped off the news. Of course, that is the plan, send anything negative about Ketchup Boi down the memory hole.
However, there are people in Congress who aren’t going to let Ketchup Boi sleaze his way out of yet another scandal. Now a member of the House of Representatives has said that Kerry’s actions “Appear treasonous.” Here are the details from Newsmax:
Allegations that former Secretary of State John Kerry gave Iran information about Israel’s activities are serious and “very disturbing,” and an investigation is needed so the real facts will come out, Rep. Michael McCaul said Wednesday.
“It is very disturbing if the former secretary of state is meeting with the foreign minister of Iran, who is a foreign adversary of the United States of America, behind the scenes while Secretary (Mike) Pompeo is negotiating the maximum pressure campaign,” said the Texas Republican on Fox News’ “America’s Newsroom.”
Ketchup Boi has a long history of aiding a foreign adversary, going back to the Vietnam war. However, I don’t think that Ketchup Boi handed over any secrets to the North Vietnamese government, but that was only due to his not having any. With Iran, it looks like he came over with a folder loaded with information on Israeli operation in Syria. (That was when this slimeball was Secretary of State, which makes me wonder if he was acting on orders of Der Fubar himself, Obama)
He added that he doesn’t know if the reports, based on a leaked audiotape of Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Zarif, are true, but if they are, there “should be consequences.”
How about a firing squad? A gallows? The electric Chair? Lethal injection? Those would all be appropriate in my opinion.
Several lawmakers are calling for Kerry, who is now President Joe Biden’s Cabinet-level “climate czar” to be under investigation or even to step down after Zarif claimed in a leaked audiotape that while Kerry was secretary of state, he revealed more than 200 operations that Israel had conducted against Iranian targets.
“This appears to be somewhat treasonous to meet with the enemy and sharing information and intelligence related to Israel against Iran proxies in Syria,” said McCaul. “We don’t know all the facts. Rest assured, I will find out.”
While I would like to charge Ketchup Boi Kerry with treason, that is a very hard charge to make and prove in the United States. It is the only crime specifically listed in the Constitution of the United States.
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
I think a more appropriate charge might be espionage. The information Kerry provided had to have been highly classified, and we can’t know what sort of damage was done when this walking diaper stain handed it over to the Iranians. We aren’t talking about an incidental mention of a single operation, Kerry is alleged to have handed over information on at least 200 Israeli operations. (I suspect the Israelis are furious. They have terminated people with extreme prejudiced for less in the past)
Meanwhile, a spokesperson from the State Department has said that according to press reporting, Kerry’s meetings and conversations with Zarif were not a secret, but still, the timing of the potential conversation must be determined, said McCaul.
“When did he have these conversations?” he said. “With classified information, I had to sign a form and I take it very seriously as a federal prosecutor. When people divulge classified information they get prosecuted. These are very serious allegations. We’ll be meeting with former secretary Kerry on other issues but including this one in the near future.”
Leave it to the State Department to try and weasel out from under what Ketchup Boi is alleged to have done. No, the meeting itself wasn’t classified. The information Kerry is alleged to have handed over? Oh you know damn well that was. Of course since Ketchup Boi is one of the Progressive Liberal Elite, he will get a pass, just like Felonia von Pantsuit did. However, I won’t be at all surprised if Kerry doesn’t suffer a tragic sailboard accident. The Israelis are rather good at revenge.
