Good day all. This story just broke. Andrew Flaming Cuomo has resigned. He’s thrown in the towel. He’s handed in his notice. He is Finished, through, stick the fork in, he’s DONE!
The story came out a couple of hours ago, and it looks like the Gropefather will leave office in 2 weeks. Here are the details from Fox News:
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Tuesday announced he will present his resignation in 14 days, amid a sexual harassment probe following accusations brought by 11 women who worked for him.
“New York tough means New York loving, and I love New York and I love you,” Cuomo said, “I would never want to be unhelpful in any way, and I think given the circumstances, the best way I can help now is if I step aside and let government get back to governing, and therefore, that’s what I’ll do.”
The governor started his press conference by saying he’s “deeply” sorry for any behavior deemed inappropriate during his time in office but denied the sexual harassment allegations contained in state Attorney General Letitia James’ investigation.
The only thing this sociopath is sorry about is he was caught and now must pay the piper. (And 11+ victims when they sue him into financial oblivion)
Cuomo accused state investigators of bias, saying the report accusing him of sexually harassing 11 women from 2013 to 2020 in violation of state and federal law is evidence of a “lack of fairness in the justice system.”
“When there is a bias or a lack of fairness in the justice system, it is a concern for everyone,” he said. “There is a difference between alleged improper conduct and concluding sexual harassment. Now, don’t get me wrong, this is not to say that there are 11 women who I truly offended. There are, and I deeply, deeply apologize.”
I have no doubt that AG James is biased. She wants Flaming Cuomo’s job, and has made no secret of being willing to do anything to get it. However, if she produced garbage in her report, it would have blown back on her and probably caused her to resign as you have, in complete and utter disgrace. Of course, since you are a good little Progressive liberal Democratic Communazi, you firmly believe that the laws that apply to everyone else do not apply to you. Surprise!
Cuomo admitted to making jokes and giving people hugs and kisses, “women and men.”
So you admit that you not only do you touch women in an inappropriate manner, but you also like to slobber all over men as well? Interesting. I didn’t know that you “Swung both ways.”
“I have slipped and called people ‘honey, ’sweetheart’ and ‘darling.’ I mean it to be endearing but women found it dated and offensive,” he continued. “I take full responsibility for my actions. I have been too familiar with people. My sense of humor can be insensitive and off-putting.“
You don’t have a sense of humor. Very few progressives do. It’s the hated deplorables that have real senses of humor. Do you know why? They are quite willing to laugh at themselves. Progressives are constitutionally incapable of that. As for referring to women as “Honey, Sweetheart and Darling?” The only woman I’ve ever said that to was SWMBO. It hasn’t been acceptable to use those words towards a woman you are not in a relationship with for a good 40+ years.
“In my mind, I’ve never crossed the line with anyone, but I didn’t realize the extent to which the line has been redrawn,” he added. “There are generational and cultural shifts that I just didn’t fully appreciate. And I should have, no excuses.”
Perhaps you might have learned about all this if you didn’t have one of your assistants sign your name to the documents saying you had taken courses in how not to be a sleazy scumbag towards women. Of course, being a Communazi, you can’t admit when you are wrong.
Cuomo has denied any wrongdoing following the state AG’s report and had previously refused widespread calls to resign. The New York State Assembly Judiciary Committee is expected to complete its impeachment probe later this week.
I suspect that The Gropefather was told that the legislature had the votes to both impeach and convict/remove him from office. I honestly thought he had more of a spine and was fully prepared to go done fighting, and probably take a few others with him. Perhaps he was quietly informed that if he didn’t resign, he would be arrested and put in the same jail that Jeffrey Epstein, (Who didn’t kill himself), was put in.
In any case, Flaming Cuomo is gone. What annoys me, (And you have probably seen them going up), is that I had a backlog of posts denigrating the scumbag and his worthless brother Fredo. Because Flaming Cuomo, The Gropefather, bravely ran away, I had to push them up now instead of over the few days I had planned. Once again, Flaming Cuomo screws over the normal people. Good by and Good riddance. Maybe you can get a job flipping burgers at Mickey D’s. You aren’t employable anywhere else.
