Good day all. For all intents and purposes, the United States southern border is wide open and illegal aliens are crossing at will. These aren’t just the usual Third World trash from central and south America, we’re also seeing large groups coming in that could only arrive in Mexico by plane or ship.
Texas has been under tremendous pressure from this invasion, with tens of thousands crossing into the state from Mexico. With no help coming or expected from the Maladministration, Texas has had enough and is now taking things into their own hands. Here are the details from the Daily Wire:
Law enforcement officials with the state of Texas appear to have taken control of the situation in Del Rio, Texas, after the Biden administration repeatedly failed to stop tens of thousands of migrants from illegally entering the United States.
“The Texas Department of Public Safety is in full force along the border around the Del Rio area,” Governor Greg Abbott said in a tweet that featured a picture showing scores of law enforcement vehicles that had descended on the area. “They have built a barricade with their squad cars and State Troopers. The National Guard is working with them to secure the border.”
I would suggest razor wire and land mines witrh a few heavy automatic weapons emplacements.
Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin tweeted out a video showing the “massive surge” in law enforcement presence at the border.
NEW: There is a massive surge of Texas DPS troopers heading into the international bridge area in Del Rio. With close to 15,000 migrants currently under the bridge, law enforcement sources say they want to be proactive w/ potential security concerns for such a big group @FoxNews
Texas has been trying to get those worthless vermin in Washington to actually do their constitutional duties, one of which is securing the borders. Not only has the maladministration failed at that, this whole mess can be laid right at the feet of President Bumbles Dementia. With regards to the tweet by Bill Melugin, he was the one who was told that flying drones over the area was now VERBOTEN.
TDPS noted that their response came after “the federal government has failed to secure the border.”

On the weapons, the left likes to say that it’s American guns heading south of the border from American gun shops. While there is some traffic, it’s mostly the cartels that are in need of weapons, and they are not interested in the semiautomatic rifles available in the United States. They are after fully automatic weapons including belt fed, crew served guns, RPG’s and grenades. Those are now starting to find their way into the United States. (Thanks a lot Dementia Joe)
The move by Abbott comes as approximately 15,000 illegal aliens had flooded the area in recent days and there were few signs of the situation getting better.
And almost all of them are Haitians. (More on that later)
The New York Times reported that local officials have described the scene as one resembling “a shantytown, with little access to clean water and food and just a few portable toilets.” The Times noted that there was no running water at the site, and photos showed people having to carry large packages of bottled water to the area.
So it’s just like home for them.
Rep. August Pfluger (R-TX) said that a majority of the nearly 15,000 illegal aliens were military aged males and he reportedly told Fox News that there was allegedly criminal activity taking place in the area where the illegal aliens were staying under the bridge. Pfluger said that border officials told him that this was “the worst they have ever seen it.” He also said after seeing the situation that it was “worse than you could imagine” and that the “worst is yet to come.”
“If they decided to riot or if unrest happened, it would be a terrible situation,” Pfluger said. “It is ripe. It is 100 degrees outside right now and you literally have 14,878 people here — this is how serious the situation is.”
The only way to deal with this is shop them back where they came from as rapidly as possible. If, as reports have indicated, they are from Haiti, then put them on cargo ships and dump them back in Port-au-Prince. If they decide to riot, screw it, Open fire and mow them down. (Yes, I’m rather annoyed and have grown short tempered at the situation. Why do you ask?)
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) slammed the administration during a trip to the site late this week, saying that “Biden could end this tomorrow by simply following the law and reinstating deportation flights back.”
There is no way that senile jerk will do that, or the people actually pulling his strings. That would get Alexandria Occasion-Cortex angry and she would start screaming to the high heavens. Frankly, I’m of the opinion that Marxist hypocrite should be cooling her heels in a federal prison after being expelled from Congress. (We may need to wait for a few years on that)
At the rate things are falling apart down there, I’m really worried that there will be a shooting incident, potentially a massive one. I also expect the “Usual suspect” to head to federal court and get some Obama judge to stop Texas from protecting their residents. If they do, this could trigger a constitutional crises with Texas telling the judge to go commit an impossible physical act of a sexual nature on him or herself.
Since Texas is also sending the National Guard to the border, I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see President Bumbles Dementia, on instructions from his handlers, to federalize them to keep them from securing the borders. That won’t work in Texas’s case. They are one of the few states that has an actual militia separate from the state National Guard. They have a chain of command and are not answerable to the Federal Government. In short order they would be on the border doing what Washington won’t. Keeping the riffraff out.
As to how all this is going to play out, I have no idea. I understand that there are more “Convoys” of illegals heading north. Mexico has no interest in stopping them. Eventually, someone is going to start shooting and then it’s game on. After that, I just don’t know. This could all be solved if Joseph Robinette Biden would actually do the right thing. Oh who am I kidding? Why would he start now after 50 years?
