Oklahoma National Guard refuses vaccine mandate

Good day all. The fight over the maladministration’s tyrannical edicts that you will be vaccinated or else has taken several hits in the federal courts. However, they are doubling down on forcing the military to take the shots or be dishonorably discharged. The last information I have is that several hundred thousand military personnel may not have taken the experimental vaccines.

These orders from Washington are also supposed to cover the Nation Guard as well as the regular forces. However, yet another monkey wrench has been thrown into the works. The Oklahoma National Guard has told the Bumbles Dementia maladministration to go pound sand. Here are the details from Just the News:

The newly installed head of the Oklahoma National Guard has ordered that troops under his command will not be forced to comply with the Pentagon’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for members of the armed forces.

No Oklahoma Guardsman will be required to take the COVID-19 Vaccine,” Army Brig. Gen. Thomas Mancino wrote in a Thursday memo. The memo was at odds with a Defense Department directive that the “total force” – including the National Guard – must be vaccinated against COVID-19.

Well, this is going to be an interesting can of worms. As I understand it, until the National Guard is federalized, they are under the command of the State Governors.

Mancino noted in the memo that Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt is the organization’s “lawful Commander in Chief” when not under federal orders, implying that Stitt – not Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin – has the final call on any vaccine mandate.

Mancino wrote in the memo that “no negative administrative or legal action will be taken” against guard members who do not get the vaccine.

That is a nice bit of cover, and will add to the problem for the Meat Puppet’s Defense Department. If the guard troops are told by their direct commanding officer that they are not required to get the shot, (They can if they so choose, which how it should be), then it makes it more difficult for the Defense Department to take action against them. Apparently General Mancino was appointed to the command last week, replacing the old commander.

Mancino was appointed on Wednesday as adjutant general of the Oklahoma National Guard, replacing former Adjutant General Michael Thompson. Governor Kevin Stitt earlier this month asked Austin to suspend the vaccine mandate for members of the Oklahoma National Guard.

Apparently, General Austin either refused or didn’t respond to the governor. Or it’s possible that his time as commander was up anyway. However, the Governor was very specific in his reasons for not forcing the citizen soldiers of the Oklahoma National Guard to get injected with the experimental vaccines of questionable efficacy.

It is irresponsible for the federal government to place mandatory vaccine obligations on Oklahoma national guardsmen which could potentially limit the number of individuals that I can call upon to assist the state during an emergency,” Stitt wrote in a Nov. 1 letter to Austin.

“This mandate violates the personal freedoms of many Oklahomans, as it asks them to potentially sacrifice their personal beliefs in order to not lose their jobs,” Stitt wrote. “All of our national guardsmen take this calling very seriously. These are patriotic citizens who are willing to put their lives on the line to protect others in our communities during times of greatest need.”

The Pentagon is aware of the memo. The questions, what are they going to do about it? Are they going to federalize the National Guard so they can either force them to be injected, or give them bad conduct discharges, which basically is the equivalent of a felony conviction?

Also, what if the Guard refuses the federalization order? I can’t say this for sure, and will ask anyone of my 3 readers for their input, can’t someone who is part of the state national Guard simply resign? We aren’t at war, and I have no clue about what, if an, obligations they are under.

Finally, this is something that the maladministration is not considering either for the regular forces or the Guard troops. If they give tens of thousands of them bad conduct discharges, you are going to have a large group of very angry, highly trained and experienced military people who might just decide that they have nothing left to lose and decide that the current infestation in the White House and Congress are domestic enemies under the oath they took when they signed up.

Considering how badly the Guard was treated when the Communazis panicked after January 6th, demanding that 20,000 of them be deployed and forcing them to eat garbage and sleep in parking garages, all to protect Fort Pelosi, Dementia Joe and his string pullers might want to tread very lightly here. No one really wants “Bad things” to happen. That genie is very hard to put back into the bottle.
